As expected, people, please remember the stairs :)

The place was as expected, the roof terrace was really nice at the evening. Still warm summer night to enjoy a glass of wine or water/whatever :) Water kettle, coffee maker, oven etc all were there. Only small thing what was missing, was the dishwasher, but that was not a biggie.

The lack of a lift for 4th floor apartment is a bit tiring for carrying heavy luggage upstairs!

It is a nice appartment, but needs to looked after. A good clean would be a good idea. Fluff in the corners.

A great location in easy reach of the main Autoroute and within walking distance of the town centre.

The apartment was on the 4th floor of an apartment block on the outskirts of Beaune. It was well laid out with a kitchenette area, living room space and a bedroom area, the latter able to be screened off by curtains. The sofa in teh living room converted to a double bed and there was also a fold down bed in this area. The kitchenette was well equipped and the apartment also benefitted from a good-sized fridge-freezer and small washing machine in a utility room. A large supermarket was within easy walking distance of the property. Perhaps the best feature was the balcony, affording views over the outskirts of Beaune towards some nearby hills - it was an ideal place to sit and eat. The apartment block was adjacent to a parking area which appeared to offer plenty of space for guests.

Although the main bedroom area (containing a double bed) is screened off from the main living area by curtains, the apartment is open plan.

Too dirty to stay at which meant booking another room late at night. Fridge and toilet smelled, greasy marks on many surfaces, food still in the sink, and many examples of dirt left uncleaned for a long time.

Good location, just outside the old town. Very convenient when travel by car. We just stayed overnight, so not much to say.

Note that it's top floor without elevator. No problem at all for us, but could be for others.

The location was excellent, it was good to be self catering, the terrace was spectacular.

Our only problem was the 4 flights of stairs and no lift, which my wife found very difficult, and meant that we did not go out for the evening.

Great location

Location is great as it is a short walk to the centre of town. Adequate parking, which was a must for my travel.

Standard of the apartment was below my expectations after renting many through airbnb and stayz. All a little lack lustre - Bedding, towels, kitchen supplies. Freezer needs a clean out. That said I had a comfortable night sleep and was able to make use of the kitchen.

Excellent location, relaxing rooftop terrace with beautiful views

The apartment is compact but the terrace makes a lot of difference. We could have bfast on the terrace in the morning with a nice view of the hills in burgundy!

You have to walk 3 stairs up to the apartment, if you have a lot of luggage or are older, this may be a bit tiresome. Elsewise it was a great location and excellent clean, fully equipped apartment in Beaune.

Great location (5min from Shopping mall and supermarket - Carrefour, and 10min city centre). Free parking, while you have to pay if you just cross the road. Enough beds available.

Guter Stop für einen Stadtbesuch

Die Lage in einem ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngebiet mit Mehrfamilienhäusern ist zum Besuch der Stadt optimal. da nur wenige hundert Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse mit Blick über die Stadt. Öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten stehen in der Nähe ausreichend zur Verfügung. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Checkin über einen Türcode ist vom Vermieter gut beschrieben und hat gut funktioniert.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock und ist nur über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Also nichts für Fußkranke,

Da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist, muss man das Gepäck durch das Treppenhaus (Wendeltreppe) in den 4. Stock schleppen

Schönes Appartement in der Nähe des Stadtzentrum.

Der Standort war Super! Das Appartement war nur 10min. zu Fuss vom Zentrum weg. Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht dort um den schönen Balkon zu Genießen. Das WiFi war schnell, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten für eine Nacht.

Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche haben einen unangenehmen Geruch gehabt.

Buona sistemazione per une breve soggiorno in famiglia

Appartamento vicino al centro cittadino situato in posizione tranquilla. Carino il terrazzino anche se non sfruttato visto la giornata di pioggia. La struttura è piccola per quattro persone, ma se ti adatti potrebbe essere una buona soluzione come tappa intermedia per spezzare un lungo viaggio come il mio fino a Parigi.
