The instructions from the property were clear. The location was also perfect, easy to access the city center on walking. There were also air conditioners, which were very good.

The stairs were old, making a big noise, and it was also very steep. Even if we stayed a total of 6 people, there were not enough blankets for all of us.

This is a beautiful house. A lot of things r provided for cooking.

We r staying in a duplex apartment and the number of stairs needed to climb is a consideration( from main floor to apartment , in apartment stair to living area n to the bedrooms.

excellent location, newly renovated, but beware if you’re not sure footed

3-4 floors up, very steep unsecured stairs, wooden stairs to bedroom is extremely steep, wonky and squeaky. Quite unsafe actually. also the shower got extremely slippery. these 2 issues need to be resolved

Clean. Adequate towels. Warm.

Stairs 'death trap', unsuitable for older people. Totally unacceptable access, no hand rails.. Bedroom's no mirror, have to come down a level to bathroom, far from ideal Parking a joke very difficult. Would never recommend or stay again.

The situation and free parkings around.

This apartment is not finished ! This flat is absolutely not safe for children. it lacks railings at the window with no lacks as well as a missing balustrade at 2nd floor at the arrival before the apartment's main door ( see photo) and banisters on the stairs heading to the 3rd floor I side the flat. there is also no coat rack in the apartment but this is à slight detail.

The apartment was beautifully clean, the air con was a welcome relief from the hot weather. great location - 5 minute walk into the centre of Beaune. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Not necessarily an issue, but something to be aware of - we were travelling with our toddler and the all of the staircases were narrow and steep.

Comfortable and cozy

The air conditioning was a savior on such a hot day, the apartment was cozy and beautiful, beds super large and comfortable, nice living room.

The apparentment had a bit more staircases than we anticipated, my elderly parents struggled with the steep wooden stairs leading to the bedrooms. The dishes were poorly washed, kinda oily. We had to rewash everything before using, but other than that, everything else was clean.

Exceptional

Modern, simple, and clean with a fun layout. Easy heating, great shower, and well-equipped kitchen, even with an integrated washing machine. The stairs would make it tricky for crawling kids, but otherwise an adventure for older ones. Ample free parking nearby, and our contact with the owner was friendly and helpful. We slept well and wished we could stay longer!

The place was brand new and immaculate, the location was great, beds were super comfortable, and a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods was a nice touch! Large space which was nice.

Unit is on the fourth (American) floor. Once inside, there’s an additional flight of stairs up to bedrooms with very narrow steps. Not recommended for the older or non-agile.

Komfortable, moderne und geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Unterkunft ist schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir mochten den etwas schlichteren Stil sehr. Man hat alles was man braucht und fühlt sich rundum wohl, vor allem das Badezimmer war besonders schön. Die Lage war ideal, da man an Rande des Zentrums ist und somit ruhig schläft aber trotzdem im Geschehen ist. Laut Rezessionen sind die Stufen sehr steil, das stimmt, allerdings für Erwachsene kein Problem. Der Check in war unkompliziert mittels Schlüsselsafe. Wir haben um 18.00 gebucht und konnten 1h später einchecken, da wir auf Durchreise waren. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Ótima estadia em Beaune

O apto é super equipado, cozinha, banheiro, é espaço otimo para 2 casais ou um familia com 2 filhos. Super lindo, aquecedor na casa toda, água quente (pq estava bem frio). A Localização é otima, super perto do centro historico, perto do ponto de ônibus e se não tiver muita mala da para ir a pé para a estação de trem. Anfitrião acessivel, responde rápido.

O apartamento é ótimo porém não tem espelho de corpo inteiro, para mulheres faz falta. Outro ponto que é mencionado no booking, mas apenas quando eu cheguei realizei é a questão dos quartos em cima e o banheiro no segundo piso e a escada é bem ingrime.

La salle de bains, la literie

L’accès étroit, bcp d’escaliers. Très bruyant en raison des véhicules et feu rouge en bas de l’immeuble ; climatiseurs défectueux qui obligent d’ouvrir les velux la nuit donc bruit tte la nuit ; Canapé inconfortable. Deco digne d’un laboratoire. Cuisine non fonctionnelle, bancs et table premier prix, mal assis, planche décollée du banc. On a dû réclamer 4 verres à vin identiques. Ménage léger, de jolies toiles d’araignées…. L’escalier en bois d’accès aux chambres très abrupte, qui grince affreusement, impossible de l’emprunter la nuit sans réveiller tt le monde. Le plus mauvais séjour à Beaune !!

>Absoluut niet veilig met kinderen. Twee zeer gevaarlijke trappen ( in de woonruimte) waarvan 1 verschrikkelijk krakende trap. S'nachts naar toilet: gegarandeerd iedereen wakker. Zeer basic ingericht. Veel geluid van de straat.

Oké maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding kan beter

Je loopt gemakkelijk het centrum in vanaf de locatie. De douche, toilet en keuken zijn allemaal in prima staat. Prima bedden and duidelijke instructies.

Er hing in de gang naar de voordeur een erg onsmakelijke lucht en alhoewel iets beter in het appartement, ook daar was een niet zo aangename geur (schimmel?) en het was er erg vochtig. Wij verbleven voor 1 nacht, dus dan was het best te doen, maar voor langer zou wel een probleem zijn. Ook is de trap in het appartement helemaal versleten en kraakt heel erg.
