Close to city center. Covered parking. Staff super nice. Room is big. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom big.

This hotel is the best in Beaune

The staff are lovely and so friendly - especially with our dog. The breakfast was excellent and we kept going back to the buffet selection. Very comprehensive and healthy and the best continental breakfast I've seen for a while. Parking is fine, the hotel is on the same road as an excellent vet and a Leclerc supermarket (for petrol, etc.)

It was a wonderful stay and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Ideally situated …..a short walk to city centre. The staff was incredible…..welcoming,many languages spoken, knowledgeable about the area, helpful in every way. The hotel was a calm and peaceful oasis…..our room had everything you could ask for.

Location is excellent, staff super helpful. Great bar area. This is my second stay, this time I didn't have breakfast but I would definitely recommend based on last years breakfast experience. Room was as expected, and had everything I needed. Secure parking which is important to me.

Clean, comfortable and great location

Perfect location with an easy walk to the centre of beautiful historic Beaune. Convenient secure parking (small extra charge) We didn’t have breakfast as we headed off early so can’t comment on the restaurant, but there is a very popular bakery next door for delicious takeaway croissants and pastries!

Little gem of a place, we would definitely stay again.

Lovely little hotel, just a short walk from the lovely thriving village. Staff were very friendly. The dogs were well looked after with their own beds and blankets and some bowls with dog treats. Excellent breakfast

A good Hotel meeting International 4 Star standards , very happy with our stay.

It was great to experience people at the desk that were happy to give their guests information ,rather than to appear annoyed by questions; i.e. personnel that had had a proper education in the Hotel and Tourism business. The garage was on the property and our belongings were safe ,so we didn't have to unpack the car for just 1 night. The location was perfect for visiting the town by foot and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely return !

Fantastic staff, convenient parking, lots of good design and historic character, nice outdoor terrace, and an excellent breakfast. Simply a great stay for us!

The entry into the garage could be better marked/ signed. But once in the parking spots have great access to the hotel via elevator.

Great staff but the hotel was a bit tired

The hotel is in a good location and the staff were great but the decor, particularly the bathrooms was quite dated and needed attention. There was historic mould in the shower

A wonderful experience in a charming rustic hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent and the room clean, tidy and extremely comfortable. The location was excellent for walking into the town. There was nothing that we could fault. Above all the hotel had a wonderful charm about it. There was also a disabled bay right outside the hotel although the hotel itself had onsite parking.

Location mainly but it also had a good set up

Nothing although the car parking situation wasn’t clear. I chose this because it stated car parking but when I arrived it was limited, needed to be prebooked, and none available. However there was free outdoor parking about a 5 min walk away.

An overnight stay!

The hotel's own secure parking was a real bonus. The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was a definite plus in the heat! The inside and outside bar were good to have, we can recommend the local beer! Breakfast was superb. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's position was ideal for exploring Beaune and finding somewhere to eat. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Lovely and spacious room, the hotel is in close proximity to city centre and easy access from A7.

Limited choices for breakfast (more 3 stars standard), no fresh juice. There is only 33ml bottle of Evian water provided in the room for two people, no coffee machine offered.
