Ok in hot months and if you have a promo

Available at last minute, beautiful building, some toys for kids in the common area

No hot water! For 100€ per night it’s a shame to provide guests with no shower (as there is no hot water) Common spaces are too cold Bad noise isolation too Everything is old and some things are broken

Central Location

The breakfast included something for everyone. I did not expect that variety of foods in this small hotel. The hotel is very central located and everything is in walking distance. We were able to park our car a bit outside the city for free.

Our room was very small and felt like going into a dungeon as there were stairs going down when you entered the room (it is a very old building and the rooms are therefore a bit odd shaped). The chairs in the breakfast room were a bit worn out and most of the very uncomfortable to sit on. Rebolstering would do wonders... Unfortunately, there is no private parking spots and it is only public parking around this hotel available. It is sometimes difficult to find one and most spots are to be paid for. Even parking in front of the hotel to unload your luggage is difficult especially on a Saturday when the streets are closed for the weekly market.

Good location. No hot water and heating in our room.

The heating was not turned on in our part of the hotel and it was cold. The water was luke warm in the shower. When we asked Kelly to address these issues she essentially implied this was our problem. We should have turned the radiator on and that there was plenty of hot water in the hotel. Then another customer came down and made a similar complaint. We were offered a discount on the room, but I would have much preferred that the staff take our concerns seriously in the first place. Disappointing service in what should be a good hotel.

Short stay in Beaune France

The location and staff or good and very helpful. Many cafés close by.

although I had checked ahead for elevators, our room did not have access to an elevator which was difficult for somebody handicapped. We had a narrow spiral staircase to our room and then our bathroom was also up steep narrow stairs from the bedroom. This would be fine for some but did not work for our situation.
