Very enjoyable stay! Wish it had been for longer.

Beautiful 15 century building in the old part of the city. Elegant furnishing. Fabulous very welcoming staff and excellent service! The hotel takes dogs and made ours very welcome and there is private parking. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed the evening we were there but excellent cold collations and wine were available 24/7. Breakfast offered a wide range of house patisserie and the scrambled eggs were par excellence ! Finally we were upgraded to a beautiful room at the original booking price! - thank you for that😊

Nothing to dislike. The entrance is on a one way street and your luggage is taken in by the staff and your car is valet parked. So helpful to pack your boot with this in mind. Pricey but everything is top quality.

The worst experience ever. It was okay till at the checkout encountering the unpleasant owner/manager.

It’s in a good location.

The owner/manager is extremely rude to me. I was traveling with a service dog and he didn’t understand that a service dog should stay for free in a hotel. I was explaining to him that I’ve stayed in many hotels in Europe and his hotel was the first one that doesn’t know this. He’s attitude was unprofessional and he is a grumpy character. Besides, this hotel is not good for older people nor people with disabilities. One of the receptionists was also rude. She argued that I should pay for the service dog to stay with them because the hotel provided a dog bowl and a few treats.

Lovely hotel in this beautiful historic town!

The back entrance to this hotel, is beautifully unique, however the front entrance I feel, let it down slightly! The expectation we had before arriving was not met, due to having to enter through the front entrance, which is not appealing! Once inside it showcased some beautiful original features! Staff were polite & helpful and the knowledgeable barman polite and friendly also! Centrally located and ideal if you want to look around this beautiful walled French town!

Our room was a very good size however the décor was not to our taste.

We’ve stayed here before . The staff cannot be more helpful and pleasant. The situation in the town is so central. Secure parking for us is a must and they always oblige. Breakfast is something else .

Lovely characterful hotel right in the heart of Beaune

The suite was nice - however I was expecting it to be more contemporary, as the photos on Booking.com showed. It was very old fashioned and dated, not what I was expecting, so I was a little disappointed. However, the breakfast, facilities in the room, location, and bar / courtyard areas were all great! Also very good service from all the staff

Fabulous hotel in a very central location

The location is brilliant and the hotel is gorgeous. Drinks were a little pricey but the room made up for it. We didn't have any food there as it was Bastille Day and their restaurant was closed but the breakfast looked good the next morning however we had to get on the road to the vineyards!

Love this hotel

The terrace! I asked for a terrace and it was huge. Our room was also large and very comfortable. The location is within walking distance of the entire town.

The air conditioning was really working hard and barely was able to keep up. Might be worth investing in the individual air conditioners. They work much better.

Nice yard. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Easy to walk to every where. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A real treat.

Lovely building and location in the fantastic town of Beaune - the whole thing with the valet parking and then charging the car worked brilliantly.

Possibly its a little tired? Maybe a little too long since it was last refreshed? Its a lovely olde world place but just a tad tired in places

Beaune is a marvellous town to visit, made better by a wonderful stay at Le Cep

The hotel is perfectly positioned to the town centre, it has secure valet parking within yards of the rooms. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. On both visits I have made to the hotel I have been fortunate to have been upgraded to a beautiful room! The style and decor of Le Cep are stylish and tasteful.

There really is nothing to dislike! The cost of the stay may be above average for the area but you really do get what you pay for!

Superb

Hotel le Cep is charming and in a great location close to the centre of Beaune. The building is old and beautifully kept with loads of character and antique furnishings. The stairs are quite steep, but there is a lift. The reception staff are very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.

Fabulous location and excellent staff, who were always available and helpful. Large comfortable room with good amenities.

The bathroom was perhaps not quite up to the expected standard and a strangely cramped breakfast on the Sunday morning of our stay after a much more generous Saturday morning affair

The whole experience was excellent, our two dogs were also treated as guests! Sebastien welcomed us looked after us very well, and was a star throughout our trip.

Wonderful hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff! The room was quite big and clean, bed was super comfy (there is one neck pillow that is just heaven!). Wellness area is wonderful and the massages are really worth a try. Location of the hotel is perfect to go sightseeing and wine tasting.

My wife and I, as frequent visitors, are always greeted very warmly.

I’ve stayed here once or twice a year for many years. The service is always impeccable. The staff are pleasant, professional and unfailingly helpful. The owner is often onsite and has done a remarkable job of improving the facilities over the last twenty years.
