Good for one night stop on way down France

Check in was easy. Bed comfortable. Great for one night. Kettle, coffeemaker and microwave

directions to property on booking.com took us to a dead end. There were no soft chairs in the apartment. No tea towel or washing up liquid. Cups very small

As you can see it was a mixed picture.

The suite of rooms was big, spacious and clean

Whilst some of the staff were lovely, I was treated with great disrespect and rudeness by a woman on reception when we had to return to collect a pillow that we forgot to take with us ( an anti snoring pillow, so very important). I have communicated with the staff with this. The woman raised her voice and slammed the doors when we arrived to collect teh pillow as she couldn't find it (even though we had had confirmation that it was there and waiting for us). I was very upset. It made the whole trip horrible. Also there was a large cleaning brush in the bathroom when we arrived, and a large cleaning tool and hose on the balcony too. It was as though we had arrived just as the cleaner had been, but had forgotten the cleaning equipment and left it in the room

great stay visiting the town, accommodation needs updating.

location was excellent and staff helpful

Kitchen sink did not have a plug, there was no cleaning cloth or washing-up liquid, utensils were very basic and not clean. The shower had a strong unpleasant smell and was blocked. There was a hair on my pillow

Air conditioning broken and was one of my key criteria for hotel selection. Had to ask for towels as not in room Is also a retirement home so all rooms are wheelchair accessible which is good but the usual stupid European no shower screen and floor gets saturated so you have to mop entire room each time !? Very easily fixed with a shower screen ..

Location is convenient for an overnight stop over. Staff was friendly and available for a check in late at night.

It was absolutely not worth the money. It shouldn't be sold as a hotel. It's a retirement community with some spare rooms. Horribly small and uncomfortable bed. Very basic.

Grand house with clean well equipped apts and great views across vineyard!

Lovely location and a great apt. We were late to check in. We did eventually get through by phone and got gate code and there was someone on reception to give us room key. They could have given us gate in advance and let us know that front desk was manned but all was well in the end and we enjoyed our stay and excellent value!

The property is located well but is a retirement home - the company hires out apartments to holiday makers The property itself is very nice and well kept few facilities available

The apartment we had was sparsely furnished could have had more items to make it more comfortable however the weather was cold windy and wet but the apartment was very warm

spare apartment in resort for seniors

it was a big room, with kitchen and desk.

the mattress on the bed was very thin the room wasn’t really furnished it turned out to be a temporary solution to use this room as hotel room since this is actually a resort for seniors 😂 they did not mention this in the description the kitchen was equipped as if nobody ever uses it for cooking, but it was there a fair price

Perfect place to stop between Paris and Switzerland in a pretty town

The perfect place to stop between Paris and Switzerland - we arrived at 10pm and a very friendly man let us in and assisted us finding our room. It was wonderfully prepared and looked out over a vineyard next door. Beaune itself was a lovely surprise, didn’t know it was such a cute town and it was the perfect place for lunch before we continued our travels :)

The location was close to our wine classes in Pommard. Parking available, people were very nice

It was not made obvious to us that this was a retirement home not a regular stay hotel. The shower did not have a curtain at all, showering was very uncomfortable as a result Minimalist room.

A big surprise - it’s an old peoples care home

Air con in room - location was as expected- 1km from centre

It is an old peoples residential care home. obviously selling spare capacity. THIS WAS NOT OBVIOUS FROM THE BOOKING. The room was clean and functional- but had no character- just bare walls, no cushions, balcony chairs etc- difficult to relax

Ideal location, beautiful building with large grounds; huge apartment, balcony overlooking vineyards

Initially we were given a room without a balcony as promised. Laura, receptionist, was excellent and eventually sorted things out - it would not have been the same without a balcony - where we had breakfast, and sometimes dinner.

We were there for 7 nights. We were not offered change of sheets or towels (the latter we sorted ourselves) and we emptied our own rubbish. Was I expecting too much?

The parking is cozy. Big house, good appearance. Low cost (low quality).

No wifi, no room for 5 people as promised in the publicity. One of my children slept on a mattress on the floor. In fact it is not a hotel but a retirement residence. Do not go there with high expectations. Prey if you have a problem.

Très beau parc, personnel sympathique, espace suffisant. Bien placé non loin des autoroutes. Conforme aux photos et aux descriptions.

Peu de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine d'où difficulté pour cuisiner. Ce serait plus pratique s'il y avait des crochets dans la salle de bain pour accrocher nos affaires.

Voor een nachtje op doorreis prima.

Ruime kamer, keuken aanwezig, goed bed. Mooi gebouw.

Er was geen mogelijkheid om na aankomst van het restaurant gebruik te maken. In de buurt geen restaurant aanwezig. Wel rekening houden met de bewoners. Het is een zorg villa voor ouderen. Wij vonden dit geen enkel probleem.

Leider noch verschmutztes Besteck im Besteckkasten, Topf, in dem wir etwas wärmen wollten, war sehr verschmutzt, noch Zahnpasta Reste im Waschbecken. Dusche soweit gut, aber das Bad war danach komplett nass. Eine Flitsche wäre von Vorteil

Sfeerloos en troosteloos.

Het complex is mooi en nieuw van buiten. Goed bereikbaar, voldoende parkeermogelijkheden.

De kamer was zeer kaal en spartaans ingericht. Sfeerloos. Het bed was hard en er lag maar een kussen op, ipv twee. Er ontbrak een douche gordijn en de badkamer was groezelig. Het ontbijt was in een troosteloze kelder.
