Excellent location and service. Breakfast could have been improved.

Good location, clean and comfortable room, good bathroom facilities, good service.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. No fresh fruit, no cereal or yoghurt, viennoiserie poor quality. We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in our room.

Great little room with friendly staff and excellent location- the bar staff were very friendly and the bar area was an excellent place for pre or post dinner drinks

My favorite for now in beaune

This is a good value for money hotel with comfortable rooms just outside the city walls so you walk into the center of town within ten minutes. Very friendly staff and free parking just across the road

All in all, a memorable overnight stay in surroundings full of character and charm.

For overnight stays when travelling/touring we hope for rooms with character, space, warmth, a large comfy double bed and a good shower. And that's what we found here - lots of space, in particular. Walid, on reception, kindly recommended a small, unassuminging and quintessentially French restaurant for supper - La Beaune Heure, just along the street. It surpassed our expectations. Breakfast was simple and good; served with speedy efficiency and a warm smile. All in all, a memorable overnight stay. Thank you.

Ideal location right near the old town. Good parking and a lovely building The rooms are a little lacking in character (we were in one of the outside sections) but it was clean, spacious and comfortable

We had a very comfortable overnight stay at Hotel Belle Epoque. The service was attentive and welcoming, and our room was simply gorgeous. Having parking available on the premises was a real bonus, especially in Beaune. A lovely place to stop and rest — highly recommend.

We paid extra for a suite but regretted it. The ground floor room had an unpleasant musty smell and was immediately adjacent to a toilet that anybody could use and immediately opposite the hotel’s laundry. We were told that nothing could be done as no other rooms were available. Also, it seems guests could not be trusted with the air conditioning controller. We could turn it off or on but for any other changes, such as temperature or fan speed, you had to call reception to come and make the change. And during our two weeks travelling, this was the only hotel where courtesy bottles of drinking water were not provided in the room. Breakfast was adequate.

Great stay and great location with amazing service

Incredible level of service. Nothing the staff couldn't do to be of service. That includes giving us advice on the best places to go for food and drinks, visits etc. Great knowledge and enthusiasm for the town. The hotel courtyard is beautiful and the breakfast so fresh and of great quality. The room is old style so didn't expect the latest design or tech. However, the run was gigantic compare to today's standard and very clean, very quiet too. Absolutely would recommend staying there. To top it all up, on the weekend we were there, no taxis were available. We could have walked to the station which is 10 mins away, it taken the bus but they gallantly helped us and drove us to the station. What else do you want?

In our room, the air conditioner was fiddly. We were expecting old style rings (the home is in the name of the hotel) so no problems there. But some people might not appreciate that.

Exceptional service at lovely hotel - perfect location for Beaune!

The staff went over and above. We were greeted as we pulled in and he showed us where to park, suggested and called in reservations for dinner at a local restaurant, brought us a wine opener and glasses, and even set up a patio umbrella, so that we could have refreshments in the courtyard. The room was perfectly clean and functional, location about a 5-10 min walk to "historic district" where all the shops and cafe's are. Really good breakfast every morning. It felt like they appreciate having American guests!

Great location for a short stay near town!

The location is great, very close to the ringroad of Beaune and yet very quiet. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean, and have an oldfashioned vibe. Ease to park, but not for free.

Our bathroom was odd shaped: a long, narrow room. Even our bathtub was smaller than normal. It wasn't easy to shower in the tub and keep the room dry. The room were very clean, but basic. Extra amenities were poor. No glasses in the room, just 2 paper cups. Breakfast is ok, but does not change ...

Fabulous location, easy walk to the old town. Easy parking. Comfortable, spacious room. Delicious and generous breakfast, including scrambled eggs, yogurt, ham, and cheese, as well as pastry items. Nice courtyard for breakfast and drinks. Clean. Cute traditional decor. Friendly staff.

Extra charge for parking. Our ground floor room had just one unscreened window that we could not safely leave open at night, so the room got stuffy. I may be wrong about this, but it seemed as though when we turned the lights off, the power outlets also turned off, so our devices did not charge overnight.
