I love L'Hotel as well as Beaune.

Location(so close to many shops, restaurants, and historical buildings), facility, staffs, historical old hotel building. The restaurant is of course good. All staffs (front, restaurant, room cleaning, driver ) are excellent. Especially Japanese staff supported everything to me so well. Staff's Origins are various countries. It is so nice Hotel's policy.

Steps to my room is so hard for me. I want to choose the different room next time.

location is right in the center of beaune

staff ignorant, we reserved an EV charger but did not get a charging spot. very difficult situation, we couldn’t continue our trip as we planned. room was in a building with the entrance from other street. to get to the reception we had to walk around the block. very strange and impractical. no elevator too

The american bar had a nice feel to it but was expensive

The lift was not working and we were not helped with cases on our departure. Our room was on the second floor. The breakfast was basic for a hotel of this calibre.

An interesting break in a lovely city .

Breakfast taken in the restaurant across the terrace and was very good. Having left 2 items of clothing in the wardrobe, it was, after a swift email and telephone call, retrieved and posted back to the UK and arrived home before we did!

we loved Beaune, I just wish the hotel would have worked with us more.

Location!

I had originally booked two rooms and ended up only needing one 5 days prior to stay. their policy was 7 days prior for cancellation and they absolutely would not budge on that. We ended up spending over $1000 more than necessary for the two nights. We felt they could have at least tried to open the room to see if it reserved or only charged us for one night. also the family room is not in the main building.

Our week in Beaune was filled with wonderful memories.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the center of town. The size of our room was exceptional. The staff was nothing short of fabulous. The restaurant was superb. Marie made us feel welcome from the moment we got there. This was some of the finest service I have had anywhere I the world. I would highly recommend this property.

Beyond Brilliant

Absolutely fabulous. 1. The location is beyond excellent. 2. The staff was super hospitable, always went way beyond what was necessary. 3. The room and bathroom were huge by French standards. 4. The food at their restaurant was top class.

The fact that we had to leave. One cannot find a single fault with this hotel.
