Location, closed parking and breakfast
We we booked an Executive Queen Room with Sofa Bed but became a triple room. A receptionist said it’s the last free room in hotel. We felt disappointed. Cleanliness could be better in this hotel. Smell from the bathroom was not ok.

Breakfast coffee weak. Problem with car park exit:: I know British cars cause a problem, but I entered the code but the barrier came down before I could restart the car.
