A lovely stay made even more special with the food and wine.

The evening meal was wonderful. Home cooked with local produce. I had the set meal which I booked with the room and it was classic French cuisine. Breakfast followed the same theme with lots of local produce. The staff were very friendly and I sat at the bar chatting with them. It is very handy as a stop off point if you are driving back from the South of France like I was, and it was just off the motorway (about 2km). Very good value for money imo.

A big coach party of tourists arrived and it was a bit noisy but other than that no complaints.

Better than expected

The hotel is very nice. I liked the concept of locally sourced stuff. Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was also very nice. The people from the hotel were very friendly and in the reception they spoke very well in English. The room was big enough for 3. And the beds were comfortable. Very nice outside area with a nice pool for warm days.

The only thing that could be improved was the cleaning of the shower. Since, probably, the water from Beaune is very hard, the shower was full with accumulated calcium.

Better to avoid!

We asked for a quiet room but were given a room which looked on the lawn where they had a “concert”. Very loud, lots of shouting and screaming. It was not mentioned anywhere that they have it and the noise went on till midnight. We could not sleep. Breakfast was very basic, service slow. This hotel is the only place in France where there are no croissants for breakfast. The hotel itself is tired and quite primitive.

Loved the local products, upcycled decor, and secondhand clothes. Room was nice, but AC didn’t cool

I really appreciated how they incorporate local products and focus on sustainability, they upcycle materials and even sell secondhand clothes, which I found super cool. The place is also very pet- and child-friendly, which made our stay extra comfortable. The room was spacious and cozy, and the location was lovely, peaceful but still close to everything we needed.

There were a few cleanliness issues: we found some toilet paper under the toilet and quite a bit of dust behind and on the TV. The first staff member we met wasn’t unfriendly, but also didn’t come across as very welcoming. The room was also quite warm, and unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t seem to be cooling properly.

Exceptional

Great motel style accomodation, staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and pleasant. Our kids loved the variety at breakfast, they just wish we came in warmer months so they could swim in the pool.

Plain but fun accommodation

The rooms at the greet Hotel are tiny but provide comfortable beds and all necessary appointments. The hotel itself is somewhat quirky but the grounds provide a pleasant place to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner and the breakfast buffet was quite good. A fair value.

We had some difficulty with the 2:00 pm check-in promised by our reservation but staff did eventually allow us access to our room a little before the 4:00 pm check-in which they said was standard.

Staff were rude and unhelpful Beds were uncomfortable with plastic anti urine sheets room smelled of dog and was small no proper hot drink facility small and hot Location looks convenient but it is on a busy road Food was very poor NOT cooked to order as it arrived virtually instantly not fresh and service very poor We were on the second floor no lift and my husband is nearly 90 years old, no attempt made to find an alternative room

Good one night Stop!

The property is well located close to the motorway, making it the perfect spot for one night if you are travelling between U.K. and the South of France. polite staff and functional rooms. great the private parking. Breakfast was ok, with homemade products but not a lot of variety.

Superb

Very cozy and nice interiors, especially the restaurant and lounge area. Good value for money, we were even provided with a bed for our baby. Easily reachable from the highway, so perfect for us as we needed a place to stay for one night. I would definitely recommend it.

Prices for dinner were a bit high in my opinion, but I guess in France that is normal.

We like the Greet hotel, and have stayed there before. It is informal, quirky and fun.

Didn't have breakfast. But the restaurant meal in the evening was excellent.

More refreshment facilities in the room. There were two teabags, no coffee, no milk, no sugar. This was poor.

Would definitely come back!

Very homely & thoughtful. Loads of little details and you can tell the hotel really care! Breakfast was exceptional with lots of local produce which made it even nicer. Room was very comfortable and pet friendly our dog had a great stay too!
