Super Hotel, Great location.

Great staff, perfect location, rooms are clean and warm if you're travelling in winter. The staff always offer good restaurant recommendations and you're spoilt for choice in Beaune!

Spacious room with small terrasse, quiet room and parking right in front of the room. hotel located in the center very convenient, staff very helpful with many suggestions for restaurants and visits to do and wine shopping.

Beaune is a wonderful place and this hotel is very central, we look forward to visiting again soon.

Whilst the breakfast did not provide a huge range of food it was of a high quality. Fresh orange juice, freshly boiled eggs and a very nice ham. Plenty for us to enjoy. Our room had a very efficient heater and the heated towel rail worked. In our experience this rarely happens.

Great hotel for a weekend away

Excellent location near town and the train station. The room was lovely, comfy, and big. AC was a plus.

Unfortunately, the doors slamming are quite loud. The guests are to blame for not being polite about closing them softly early in the morning, but it would be great if the hotel added something to slow the door down before shutting to soften the blows.

Great time!

Our room was spacious, cool, and very comfortable. A short walk to the historic town center, we loved our one night in Beaune at this hotel. Would highly recommend this for anyone traveling with or without kids. AC worked great. Our room slept 4 with lots of extra room to spread-out. Also Beaune is delightful.

I really recommend this hotel. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Room was just right and it was excellent value for money. Also has secure overnight parking for 7 euros. 5 minute stroll from the heart of Beaune. .

A COMPLETE TURN-OFF!

The Parking is actially good, when you manage to Navigation between the two sharp metal bumps, that can really damage your wheels.

The room was awful, it was smelling chemicals in order to hide some bad odor or anti insect agent. We don’t know. This very small room was directly under the roof with a sloped ceiling. Absolutely no sound Isolation. You can hear every single word, when other guests passing the hallway. A lot of staircase to get there through an old and ugly lobby. We asked kindly to change the room, but the direction was reluctant to find a solution. They claimed to be fully booked. However, there were rooms available on booking.com. So finally we had to go after one night because we were going to make allergic reactions. This trip was supposed to be a two nights stay at Beaune, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The Hotel is rated 8.2 on booking. We really start to question if booking is a reliable Platform. This is now the 4th time we encounter huge problems. One more time and we’re done! There is other platforms as well.

The cute and charming Hotel de La Cloche located in the heart of Burgundy

The hotel location was just outside the center of Beaune. Very quaint and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us with luggage and gave us many restaurant recommendations. We walked from the train station to the hotel and easily walked to the center of town where wine tasting, shopping and restaurants were abundant. Breakfast in the hotel was nice, especially if you want to get a quick start in the morning.

Keep luggage to a minimum. There are no elevators in the hotel and many stairs.

Great stay

There was not much selection at breakfast but it is fine, it was more than enough. I love the location, walking distance to restaurants and attractions and due to its location, we can always go back to the hotel for a short rest and move again. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Lots of parking space.

The parking entrance is a bit small although you can't do snything about it but the metal installed on the ground scratches the wheels.

Delightful, would definitely return

Great welcome from the lovely guy on reception and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and generous in size. The breakfast was also very good and set us up for the day.

The only issue I had was a bar very close which closed at 2 and the customers were loud on exiting. However, we were the closest room to this and the room we had to the rear of the hotel was totally unaffected. This is of course not the hotels fault but if you sleep lightly, ask for a room at the back.

A brief but very pleasant moment in time between two other places.

Quiet, easy access, centrally located adjacent to restaurants. Ample parking, both on site, and immediately across from the hotel in the square. Friendly staff- a pretty good -if simple- breakfast. A simply presented but clean and functional room and bathroom.

Good value and great location!

Great location, easy to walk to restaurants and little shops. Parked across the street in large open public parking lot. Room was spacious. It was nice to have the toilet in an enclosed area separate from the shower and sink.

Walls are quite thin. The person in the room next to us was very loud, we could hear every word he spoke. We were lucky that he was there only the first night of our visit.
