We arrived after a long journey and whilst there was no parking included, were able to park the car safely within a 5 minute walk. We were given an upgrade to our room and after the eventful car journey and intense heatwave were pathetically grateful. The hotel was utter charm. From the room which we had to climb up a spiral stone staircase, to the aircon, to the incredible bathroom and its toiletries and the charm of the staff.
There were tea and coffee facilities but no coffee or tea provided which was a shame. But everything was really above and beyond.

Breakfast was very nice served in the courtyard - a good selection of fresh bread and pastries as well as eggs to order and help yourself to fruit and cereal

This hotel was truly exceptional in every respect. The photographs really do not do it justice. Charm and character, but also perfectly clean and comfortable. The sheets were crisp, the towels were fluffy, the breakfast in the stunning courtyard with perfectly ironed white table cloths - all perfect. Air conditioned rooms and beautiful large windows with gorgeous views over the old town and courtyard.
