The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring Beaune on foot. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were also lucky enough to find a parking space directly in front of the hotel, where paid street parking is available. The room was fine and comfortable enough for a short stay, although nothing particularly special.
There is no lift, which can be inconvenient when travelling with luggage.

Everyone was so helpful and kind, and the hotel helped us make a dinner reservation the week before we arrived. Really excellent customer service. And the rooms were quirky, comfortable and charming.
