The host, Cyrille, is fantastic, he met us and guided us to the apartment. We arrived early due to the very hot weather and this was no problem. The apartment was spacious for 3 people, fully equipped and has a lovely private terrace. Parking garage was available also. The location is great for sights in Beaune and convenient for catching the train to Dijon.
Nothing major, however I found the mattress on the firm side.

Location on 10 minutes walk from Beaune center. We went there more than once a day. Outside terrace was very welcome and well shadowed. Free car-parking was a bless.

Good wifi Comfortable bed 10 min walk to Old Town 8 min walk from Train Station Spacious apartment No cutting board in the kitchen Air con available (but I did not use it, so not sure how well it works)
Lots of steps, hard for heavy suitcase Stony yard, again, cannot wheel the suitcase for good 50 meters Flat had a collection of empty bottles - empty olive oil, empty shower gel, empty box of tea and loads more empty bottles and boxes No soap for hand wash Towels could do with an upgrade, but ok, can be used (old and hard a bit)
