Great value, wonderful location.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The location is fantastic right at the gates of old town. The apartment itself had everything you need. Very comfortable, updated, and clean. The pictures don’t do the place justice.

There was some construction happening during our stay. We were warned before our arrival. It was never noisy and the contractors were very kind and accommodating when we walked through.

Cleanliness, cleaner needs a bonus, super detailed instructions with visuals/photos, room was superb better than photos, the small cafe/eatery downstairs is perfect, even the staff gave my son free ice cream

great location, very close to the city centre but very quiet with the double windows. facilities were great, best shower we have had in Europe! check in was easy and we really enjoyed being in an apartment building, felt nice and safe.

there is no curtains, just the shutters. this didn’t bother us as we thought it was dark enough but worth noting for those who like pitch black. bed was a little small (double bed) so worth noting if you are taller/larger people.

Good large room with everything you need.

Spacious apartment close to amenities. I did not meet the host but was given good instruction to gain access. I felt safe & secure. Comfy bed, slept very well. Great coffee machine. Thoughtful provision of items such as cooking oil & coffee bags. It took me a while to find the WiFi password as I walked right past it when I entered the door. I was also searching for the toilet & was mystified as again I walked right past it by the door. Haha just letting you know in case you need to use it in a hurry on arrival like I did. Good kitchen area.

The stairs to the flat 20 above are wooden & need carpeting as it's quite loud when they run up & down. The kitchen was great but I could have done with a colander or slotted spoon, I managed though. No curtains but the shutters were OK. The stairs may be a problem for people with mobility issues. They are a semi spiral with only a part handrail. I'm 62 & carry a 40 litre rucksack so had to be very careful going down. Its a shame the beautiful original staircase was removed.

An excellent option when all construction is complete

HOWEVER, when all construction in this building is completed this apartment is going to be top notch!!!!! The hosts have done an excellent job renovating their apartment/unit. Beautifully equipped. Super super clean, plenty of space, excellent location.

We were warned that renovations were underway that were beyond the control of the host. However I feel it would have been more appropriate to describe that the apartment was actually the only habitable room in what was actually a construction site. The whole large building was uninhabited, incomplete and messy with rubble, food and drink trash in the entrance area. The unstable flooring to cover uneven passages was a bit dodgy when trying to access the apartment etc. The dust and construction mess was not pleasant at all. You needed to leave early and get back around 6pm to avoid all building, crashing and banging with workers in adjacent rooms, no music blaring from workers phones, no drilling or people thundering up and down stairs.....the movement up and down stairs was so loud we thought at first that someone was breaking into the apartment at the bathroom area. If we had been aware of the level of 'renovation', we would not have stayed here and the price was exorbitant for a construction site.....a little bit of a cheek to charge so much money under the circumstances.

Les escaliers ne sont pas aux normes je pense.Suis tombe tres fort et du sang a coule L'isolation pourrait etre mieux, mais bon, il fait froid en hiver!!!! Mais je reviendrai !!!!

Situation de l'hébergement près de la Porte St-Nicolas. Endroit très calme. Le logement est spacieux. La literie était très confortable. Les indications pour la remise des clés étaient parfaitement claires. Hébergement à recommander !

L’emplacement

Mauvaise insonorisation dans l’immeuble, les escaliers en bois passaient directement au-dessus de la salle de bain. Juste un éclairage central sans lampe de chevet.

Isolation à revoir en particulier à la porte d entrée car on entend les personnes dans le couloir. Montant de la taxe de sejour à revoir. Après renseignements auprès du Service Taxe de séjour Communauté d’Agglomération Beaune Côte et Sud, il s'avere que la taxe de sejour est uniquement pour les adultes et le montant est bien inferieur à 5.50 Euros/jour/personne demandé par Booking.

une étagére dans la salle de sous la glace mettre un porte manteau dérriere la porte salle de bain et differents supports pour accrocher dans les wc mettre un support papier peut étre mettre des spots a la tete de lit pour la personne qui veut lire une pendule une lampe poser sur une étagére pour le soir
