Cute and comfortable apartment right in the center of the old town. Perfect for a short stay. Parking was easy and instructions clear.

The shower was a bit awkward in that it tended to spray water on the floor, but I think that was caused by the design

Charming apartment in an old building . Very close to everything.

This was a lovely big apartment in a very old building 2 minutes walk to everything. Boulangerie just a minute away and many shops in nearby streets full of wine, clothing, cheese, chocolate, pastries and a multitude of restaurants. Very comfortable bed and good kitchen facilities. Very tastefully decorated. There is traffic noise but this dies down in the evening and doesn't start again until after 7am. didn't bother us. Bedroom is at the back.

Not much to not like. Towels need an upgrade but that's the only negative.

Absolutely recommend staying in Laetitia's apartment for a easy way to explore Beaune.

The location was perfect for exploring the small centre of Beaune. The street outside was quiet and there was no noise in the apartment to keep us awake. The kitchen was the right size for a small family apartment. Laetitia was really helpful and available to us when we had questions.

The mattress on the fold out bed was a bit uncomfortable. The main bedroom was very comfortable and our children slept well in there. But we're used to a hard mattress and the fold out bed was softer than we're used to.

Great stay in beautiful Beaune!

Great communication with the host and absolutely super to have a parking ticket all organised for us. Fantastic location. In centre of Beaune and great shops two minutes walk for food shopping and more. Safe and secure apartment and parking. Quirky and very French. Spacious and airy living/dining room. Lovely atmosphere hearing cars over the cobbles and people laughing and chatting. Plenty bars, restaurants and cafes nearby.

The apartment requires a good clean, especially the toilet and skirting boards. The clothes airer needs replacing!!!! BUT it did test our ingenuity as to how to make it functional and stable! This is why we did not score ten due to these issues.

Fantastic location right in the centre of town. Bedroom is over a courtyard, so fairly quiet. Great facilities for an overnight stay. Very clean and comfortable. Included safe parking nearby.

Bath towels need replacing as old and threadbare. Whomever sleeps on the sofa-bed might hear the street cleaners in the morning.

We only stayed for 2 nights, but this apartment was in an excellent location, right in the town centre and easy to walk to everywhere. The property beautiful and spacious, and perfect for our needs. Communication with the host was great, clear instructions and a quick response to questions.

Outstanding Beaune Property

The location was absolutely wonderful in the historic center of Beaune … less than a five-minute stroll to Place Carnot. The unit is beautiful. Really comfortable with charming decor in a historic building that has been modernized while still maintaining its original details. Easy to locate, great communication with an attentive host, absolutely a wonderful place to say if you’re visiting in Beaune.

Lovely appartment in a good location but needs some TLC from the owners and a very good spring clean!

The apartment was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Fabulous location.

It wasnt very clean. A layer of dust on all of the skirting boards. Mould & Mildew in the shower. Toilet hadnt been cleaned around the inner rim which is very off putting. The mirrors looked like they hadnt been cleaned for about a year. There were quite a few fixtures that were loose or broken - broken handle on cupboard doors in the kitchen, toilet roll holder was loose, a couple of radiators were loose too, & there was an electric socket with sellotape over it presumably to prevent you using it but I’m not sure that’s very safe.

Big clean apartment in traditional building in the middle of town

it’s located slap bang in the middle of town in an old building , but is quite modern inside. very spacious , immaculately clean with great facilities. the owner was incredibly helpful ( even helped with finding us a garage to replace a tyre) and joining instructions super clear and very easy , oh and it includes underground parking 2 mins away. if you’re looking for a place in the middle of Beaune then look no further , will definitely stay again

Sophisticated and charming apartment in the centre of Beaune.

The apartment owner, Laetitia, was incredibly kind and helpful when I arrived in Beaune. The location was excellent and very close to the town centre. The apartment had a modern décore, great facilities (washing machine) and a charming balcony looking onto the streets. Free parking in a garage was also a huge advantage for me.

Great apartment, great location

Fantastic location in a beautiful building. Very comfortably sized apartment, everything you need. The apartment was immaculately clean. Lots of restaurants nearby and Beaune itself is a charming town, steeped in history. Parking in a secure garage style car park was 400 metres and greatly appreciated. Grand for two, not so much for four

Lots of facilities (WiFi, coffee machine, fridge). Was relatively clean but could have been better. Excellent location, two mins to Beaune main streets.

Spiderwebs everywhere. Fridge was unstable (we were afraid it was gonna fall!). Sofa bed had a huge bump in the middle so was quite uncomfortable to sleep in. Weird bathroom/showerroom layout. Noises from street were loud. Be fine for two people, but not so much for four.
