Great location with everything you need
Great location and a really pretty apartment. Host was very responsive to all communication. Loved Beaune and being able to walk everywhere in this very charming little city.
Overall the apartment is great, but there are some compromises in a building like this. Updates to provide all the amenities needed and the living area is very beautiful. Overall we loved it and would happily stay there again.

Very nice apartment in a prime location with a nicely responsive host. Great for vacation stays.
We loved the location and the layout of the apartment- very spacious. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. The kitchen had all we needed, even though we did not make meals there since we ate out so much. It was very quiet, which we appreciated.
It was basically clean, but needs a deep cleaning. It would also be nice if there were cleaning supplies for longer stay guests. On our first full day there we went and bought bathroom cleaning supplies so we could clean it to our standards, and be able to clean during the week. The heat didn't work in the main room or kitchen (only the bedrooms) so we had some really cold days! We were informed that was being fixed mid October, so I don't expect that to be an ongoing issue. The biggest inconvenience was the wifi wasn't great. I had to work during our 8 nights there and was unable to get connected for team calls or do any uploads to make the decks for the workshop I was trying to build. I had to find other places to work.

Great host, great apartment, more than great location!
The location was fantastic. It is right in the heart of Beaune. The apartment is very roomy with a nice queen bed in one room and twins in the 2nd. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to prepare a meal. Again the location was amazing.
The only negative is it being on the 2nd floor with spiral staircase. However it is still manageable and everything else offsets the stairs.

Lovely spacious apartment in the heart of Beaune!
We loved the location of this apartment in the heart of Beaune with a quick walk to all of the main attractions. Inside is spacious and we didn't mind walking up two flights of spiral stairs to reach the entry.
