A lovely stay in Beaune. Wet weather, but no fault with the accommodation.

The owner was very helpful before our visit and provided us with extensive information regarding Beaune and it's history. The unit was easy to find, parking was free on the street just around the corner, and the location was only about a 10 minute walk into "town". The apartment was comfortable with a very well-stocked kitchen. The bedroom was large and the washing machine came in handy.

There were no problems at all. Everything was seen to for our comfort.

We liked everything about this place, a real home away from home. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities, and the washing machine was well needed. Charles, our host had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Free car parking around the corner, a lovely boulangerie 2 minutes away and just a short walk to shops and restaurants in this lovely town.

There's no way we could fault this place.

Comfortable good value close to the centre of Beaune

Very good location, very close to old centre of town and bakery. Generally very clean, and the owner is attentive. Whilst it doesn't have its own parking, there is plentiful parking in the street next door.

It is a bit lacking in natural daylight etc. The lounge/kitchen window opens directly onto ground level outside pavement so affording little privacy or security if the shutters are opened. Whilst ok for a small family, the apartment feels quite cheaply furnished and the kitchen is very small - more like a studio apartment.

It was great to spend a night there. Quiet and peaceful. The house is very clean and well equipped. Close to the center. The owner was very friendly and helpful. A recommended stay to visit the region. Gilles and Family

The exterior facade leaves something to be desired but deceptive external appearances should never be trusted.

I had a great two week stay Le Faubourg. My property contact was very attentive and helpful.

The apartment space and location were both great. Nice kitchen, bathroom, & bedroom.

The bed and pillows were both a bit hard.

Banquette lit très très inconfortable Correspond plus pour 2 que 4 Vue sur cour sans intérêt visuel réel pour Rue très passante et bruyante pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon un rideau occultant dans la salle aurait été bien apprécié (lumière de rue constante malgré les volets (qui sont ajourés) Absence de ventilateur en période canicule , nous avons beaucoup souffert de la chaleur dans l'appartement Freezer rempli de glace qui du coup ne fermait quasiment pas

Buona base per scoprire la città ed i dintorni.

Appartamento in ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Buona boulangerie a pochi passi x la colazione. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri. Camere ampie.

Forse un contatto di persona con il proprietario sarebbe stato un plus.

Un séjour très réussi dans une jolie ville, en résident dans un appartement très agréable

L’appartement est bien situé, très joli et très bien aménagé. Le chauffage est parfait, la chambre est très calme car elle donne sur la cour. C’est spacieux et très agréable. Il y a un guide sur les activités et les restaurants de Beaune.

Tout est bien. Peut être un saladier ou un grand bol en verre, une cuillère en bois, mais vraiment très peu de choses. Le grille pain a été apprécié, le sèche cheveu, notamment. C’est très bien équipé.

Logement spacieux, propre et accueillant avec une salle d’eau très sympa. Boîte à clé pratique pour mon arrivée. Proximité du centre-ville

Accès à l’appartement à proprement parler avec plusieurs marches (galère avec mes bagages) et éclairage automatique au bout d’1,5m dans le noir.
