Looking forward to coming back again!

The location was perfect, easy to access the town all on foot. Good living room space, coffee machine, fridge facilities, etc all great.

The parking was difficult. Clearer instructions would be helpful. The parking near the apartment was OK for drop off, but very expensive after 1 hour. There are indoor parking garages which are reasonably priced that would have been helpful to know about.

Excellent location!

This apartment is in a great location with restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The living area is spacious and has the added bonus of a coffee machine and washing machine.

The bedroom is quite small and doesn’t have a window, however the bed was very comfortable.

Great apartment and location

well appointed apartment in a very central location. Apart from there not being a kettle (possibly we could not find it) the apartment was well equipped. Great location in centre ville which allowed you to walk every where. Apartment was clean and spotless and communication with the owner was instant. Owner was quick to reply to all messages.

nothing was bad, the flat is really nice. one little thing, the room is a bit little, not easy to move around the bed.

Gool location. Apartment needs attention.

1. Close to town centre 2. Modern and new facilities 3. Good wifi 4. Quiet if neighbours do not party.

1. The bathroom smellt of sewerage.. 2. There is no full length mirror in the apartment. 3. There is nothing to place on luggage on for unpacking. 4. Apart from 6 coat hangers there are no hooks anywhere to hang anything on. 5. There is no cupboard space for clothes at all. 6. There are no bedside lights. 7. There is no light over the table or the sofa. 8. We were advised to use a duvet that has been lying on the floor. 9. There are no instructions on the use of the various machines, 10. There is no helpful guide to local facilites in Beaune eg: Boulangerie, markets, cheap parking, etc. . 11. There is no indication as to what to do with garbage. 12. No kettle is provided. 13. There is nothing for sweeping or cleaning the floor. 14. The table is not glued together and it falls apart if any weight is put on its edge or any attempt is made to move it. 15. The blinds do not prevent passers by from looking into the apartment. 16. Only an old sponge was provided in the sink. There was no cloth nor brush for washing up. 16. The apartment was not clean. There were old napkins in the chairs and dead flies in the window. 17. Local street parking is very expensive. 18. The bedroom is small and has no windows. The owner has been informed of all this.

Location, cleanliness, well-equipped. Nice little touches.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Beaune. An easy walk to everything in town. Very much as pictured. A bit of a hidden gem. It was very clean. Almost like we were to first to stay there after the renovation. Well outfitted. Absolutely lovely.

Fantastic Beaune

The apartment is very comfortable and useful to enjoy city center, the Hotel Dieu and all the wine roads. You can find near the flat a lot of good Restaurants in the City center where you can taste good food and superlative wine. The house is a very old building probably of the same time of the Hotel Dieu (XV Century). You can find there the same kind of door and fireplace.

Ideal pour profiter de Beaune et sortir en plein centre sans stress

Emplacement idéal et très central pour profiter de Beaune (se situe presque derrière la place centrale ou se trouve les Hospices de Beaune. "Maufoux" est le nom de la rue, facile à trouver sur Maps). Appartement grand, rénové de façon moderne, très bien équipé. Au RDC donc pratique pour les valises. Communication facile et réactive. Parking payant (1€70/h) en face mais gratuit de 19h à 9h du matin (il y a des parkings gratuits en périphérie extérieur à 5 mn. Astuce : chercher Lidl sur Maps et le parking public à côté. Le soir la rue se vide un peu donc pas de souci la veille du départ).

Pas grand chose. Peut-etre le manque de lumière d'appoint au chevet pour lire et la chambre est un peu étroite (mais on a beaucoup de place dans la pièce principale donc pas de souci).
