Centrally located, comfortable and spotless appt.

Our go to place to stay in Beaune on the way to the South of France. Comfortable, clean and spacious appt. 2 min walk to the town centre, great value & dog friendly.Very cosy as we were there in Dec and it was v cold outside.

It’s an old building so the stairs could be a problem if you have mobility issues…but part of the charm.

Excellent location in the heart of Beaune lovely decoration very comfortable and quiet. Super convenient with the self check in and check out.A big plus if you are travelling in Burgundy in summer they have air conditioning ! To note that there are two big flight of stairs if you have big luggages important to consider. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon

We’ve stayed here several times travelling up and down to the South of France….the first time in this appt but as with the other appt(next door) it didn’t disappoint. Great space, clean and comfortable. Great to have the AC as it was 38 degrees when we stayed….so so hot for Beaune.

Nothing….caution if you have mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep.

Everything spotlessly clean! Free parking approx 500mtrs away! Excellent communication with owners😃 A/C,full bathroom/separate WC, very comfortable bed,full kitchen. Great central location. Would definitely go back!

If you are more “mature”, there are 2 flights of stairs to climb (which we were informed about)!

Free parking is 10 minutes away. No dinner table, unexpected step which was painful, no sofa to relax, bed side lamp not strong enough, one side of the bed is too close to ceiling and danger to get heart.

Very comfortable, central and quiet; I would definitely stay again.

Extremely central but very quiet location in Beaune. The place was everything I was looking for and great value for money. I traveled alone, but there was plenty of room for two. Great bathroom lighting, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Living area was very comfortable and stylish and felt very open. Loved the skylights with automated blinds. I will definitely stay again on return trips to Beaune.

Excellent location & Value, perfect for longer stays and solo travellers on a budget!

I rated the key collection high because I'm sure if I had arrived in daylight (or had my phone for the flashlight - it was lost in London 2 days earlier) It would have been a breeze to find the property AND collect the keys, LOL! But given it was after 9pm, pitch black and no street lights per se, it was a challenge (Had to ask at the restaurant next door for directions, then a stranger to borrow the flashlight on their phone, LOL!). This was a Beautiful space! Clean, quiet, very comfortable and well appointed. The WiFi was excellent, and I cannot say enough about the location! So close to the Heart of Beaune, right around the corner from Drouhin, the Hotel Dieu and steps from loads of food options, great shopping and convenience. There was a grocery just 2 blocks away, and everything I needed was within a 15-20 minute walk...including the train station for my train back to Paris! Tremendous value and perfect for a longer stay (i was there for a week for my Bourgogne Masters program). The Owners were very responsive and helpful, and answered my emails very quickly, which I appreciated very much...especially since I did not have a phone!

There is really nothing negative to say about the property - just some enhancement suggestions: maybe flesh out the Kitchen utensils (lifter, whisk, etc), include a map of Beaune with all the principle sights and amenities highlighted (where is the Casino Store? Which Wine shop(s) do you recommend? Restaurant recommendations, Names and numbers for local transport - uber, taxi - and operating hours of transit, etc). as I spent my first day just trying to figure out and find things I needed. And to my Key comment above, perhaps a more prominent Number sign and a light above the door? One of my biggest challenges (never having been to France before), was learning the operating hours for everything! Very surprising to find the local grocery store not open on Monday, for example. So that type of information can be very helpful!

Lovely light and spacious apartment, right in the centre of Beaune but very quiet. Well equipped and extremely comfortable bed.

There was really nothing to dislike about the property except that we had expected to stay in the adjacent apartment which we had stayed in last year and which we slightly preferred.

Beautiful flat but noisy and poor air quality because of dry cleaner

It’s beautiful and well located

It’s noisy and has terrible air quality. There’s a dry cleaner downstairs and the smell and heat travel up the stairs to the top, where the apartment is. There’s air conditioning in the flat, but that doesn’t help with the lack of oxygen. We felt we had to open windows, so the airco was useless. When we had it on though, it was quite nosy and made an irregular ticking sound, as though someone was walking through the room in heals. Finally, you can hear everything going on in the building, so we woke up when our neighbours came home and let themselves into their flat. So while it’s beautiful, we had a terrible night’s sleep, for several reasons, and that is why I’m not very enthusiastic about the venue.

The expensive parking on Ave de la Republique in the morning (15€ for 2 hours). Traffic noise at night and early morning, we had to close the windows during the night due to the noise.

A fab property in the centre of Beaune

What a lovely apartment, spacious, beautifully furnished and right in the centre of Beaune. All the facilities you could need plus a/c, which was essential as it was very warm the day we stayed. Public parking was close by too which is always a bonus. We had a wander around the town but eventually came back to the restaurant next door to the apartment, L’air du Temp. I had probably the best fillet steak I’ve ever eaten and would highly recommend the restaurant if you’re staying at Aux coins des Hospices.

Fantastic location to walk around Beaune and access the nearby vineyards

The location was exceptional. Great walkability to everything in Beaune. They even have a farmers market on Saturdays when you step out of the front door. I loved being a 5-minute drive away from the vineyards and tasting rooms. The food options in Beaune are so wonderful, we'd come back in a heartbeat.

It wasn't clear from the welcome instructions how to find the free parking, but the host clarified after I asked again, and I was able to find it.

A great setting and fabulous studio apartment to enjoy the delights of Beaune.

The decor was bright, fresh, new, tasteful and very clean. The shower was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. The studio apartment was wonderful and would fully recommend to anyone.

A little milk to go with the tea and coffee to make a most welcome arrival. Maybe its just the British nead for milk in our cuppa, to drink and feel good about the journey and arriving in one piece before unpacking and exploring the delights of a place! Beaune is fantastic. Overall fab location and accommodation. 10/10 from us.

Good position for old town centre

Very central location

We received an SMS with code for keybox, but found keybox open and empty. A member of staff from the ground floor laundry found us a key and we proceeded to flat 2 on the top floor. I turned the key in the door and found the flat already occupied by a German couple. It could have been an embarrassing situation. We discovered that there had been some confusion on bookings and were offered flat 4 next door. The layout was not as good as the other one, having a large bedroom but narrow kitchen leading into a little bathroom. So a bit disappointing not to have the place we had booked (we had stayed in it before)

Little gem in the heart of Beaune

This delightful gite is perfectly situated in the heart of Beaune. It has very thing one needs, its light and airy, spacious and well furnished. We both found the bed extremely comfortable. We sadly only stayed for one night on our way south. There is free parking at the end of the road. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this little gem. We will definitely stay again.
