Great location, quiet, clean and modern but uncomfortable beds.

Location was very good, just a short walk from the centre and with a supermarket and bakery just a couple of minutes away. Property included a parking spot. The property was very quiet, clean and modern. It was quite small but if you are just using as a base or as somewhere to stay on your way through as we were then it was ideal.

The only thing that let the property down was the comfiness of the beds. They were very very soft, lumpy and quite noisy.

Okay - aber Abzocke bei Reinigungspauschale

Die Lage ist zentral, das Zimmer war soweit sauber und das Appartement hat eine passende Größe.

An Grundausstattung für eine Ferienwohnung haben uns vor allem eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügelbrett und eine effektive Klimaanlage gefehlt. Es gab zwar zwei Ventilatoren, doch diese konnten bei 35 °C in einer Dachgeschosswohnung nicht viel ausrichten. Auch ist ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch pro Person für eine ganze Woche ziemlich wenig, ebenso wie nur eine einzige Rolle Klopapier. Das war zwar ärgerlich, aber aushaltbar. Nach dem Auschecken leistete sich die Vermieterin dann aber eine absolute Frechheit! Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft gleich darüber informiert, dass wir am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes die Wohnung - eh klar - sauber hinterlassen sollten. Nach Ansicht der Gastgeberin inkludierte das auch die Betten abzuziehen und den Müll zu entsorgen. Das kam uns zwar überzogen vor, da wir schließlich eine Reinigungspauschale zahlten und das in anderen Unterkünften nicht verlangt wurde, doch wir kamen diesen Wünschen als gute Gäste nach und hinterließen das Appartement aufgeräumt. Gedankt wurde uns dieses Entgegenkommen am Ende unserer Geschäftsreise - wir waren hier nicht etwa auf Urlaub! - eine Stunde nach dem Auschecken in Form einer Nachricht. Darin hieß es, wir hätten die Wohnung "really dirty" hinterlassen und die Abreiseinfos nicht beachtet, was absolut nicht der Wahrheit entsprach! Aber vielleicht hätten wir ja noch staubsaugen, durchwischen und abstauben müssen, um unsere Gastgeberin zufriedenzustellen. Immerhin hatte diese bei der Willkommensnachricht bereits darauf hingewiesen, dass sie keine "Housemaid" sei. Wir zahlende Gäste in ihren Augen aber offensichtlich schon. Eine Frechheit und Abzocke, nur um Extragebühren verrechnen zu können!

Todella hyvä sijainti lähellä Beaunen viehättävän kaupungin keskustaa. Asunto oli oikein siisti.

Majoittajamme yritti saada meidät maksamaan ylimääräisen korvauksen vahingosta jota emme tiedä tapahtuiko ylipäätään, tai jos tapahtui, kuka vahingon aiheutti.

En natts vistelse i en trevlig, fräsch och centralt belägen lägenhet.

Bra läge, stort och välstädat. Bra kommunikation med värden via booking appen och WhatsApp. Bra att kunna använda parkeringen även några timmar efter utcheckning.

Saknades toalettpapper när vi kom men det var lätt avhjälpt då det ligger en Lidl mittemot lägenheten. Tidig utcheckning redan kl 10.

Parfait pour un séjour

Appartement idéalement situé proche du centre de Beaune et un supermarché devant l'appartement. Nous avons donc pu tout faire à pied. Logement très propre, confortable et fonctionnel où rien ne manque. Place de parking privée très appréciée.

L'onboarding était très clair, et tout s'est déroulé sans mauvaise surprise. L'appartement est très soigné, et situé à seulement quelques minutes de marche du centre. La douche à l'italienne est bien réconfortante après quelques heures de route :)

Hier kann man sich gut lassen!

Die Lage ist super zentral (7 Minuten bis Place Carnot bzw. Hospices). Dass es ein einen hauseigenen Parkplatz gibt, ist ungewöhnlich (meist wird man an nahe öffentliche verwiesen) und Gold wert. Apartment ist sehr geräumig, mit schönem Wohnraum, hoch komfortabel. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich hier auch gut mal aufhalten. Trotz der Lage auch ruhig!Alles war unkompliziert, und die Vermieterin meldet sich schnell zurück, falls es Fragen gibt. Wir waren schon oft in Beaune, in verschiedenen Hotels und Apartments, können dieses ganz besonders empfehlen.

Ideale Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Beaune

Gute Ausstattung, sehr gemütlich, gute Betten. Die Beschreibung für Zugang und Parken sehr präzise und hilfreich. Hervorragende Lage für einen Gang durch die schöne Innenstadt und zu einer wirklichen guten Bäckerei an Morgen.

Schön wären noch Leselampen an den Betten
