Very nice town to visit, nicely located but poorly equipped accommodation.

The flat was very nicely located, next to a park. Beaune is a nice small city with the best wine.

The equipment was substandard. There was a small closet in 1 of 3 bedrooms, nothing else. In the kitchen, there was only 1 cooking pot and 1 pan. Not even enough kitchen utensils to prepare breakfast. Also the spiral staircase to the entrance door is impractical. You can hardly get a large suitcase upstairs. For this price, it really had to be much better equipped.

Free parking place just in front of the room. Great location, you can walk to the central. There is an air conditioner in every room.

There was no handwash, no hair dryer. The stairs to the loft room was very steep and dangerous for kids and my old parents.

Well presented property in a great location next to the park and 10 minutes walk from centre of Beaune.

The exterior spiral staircase wasn't an issue for us but could be a little challenging for the less able bodied.

Mooi gelegen comfortabel appartement perfect voor doorreis of langer verblijf in het mooie Beaune.

Vooral de ligging aan de rand van een mooi authentiek park maakt de ligging bijzonder, vanaf de trap naar het appartement sta je vrijwel direct in het park waar je lekker kan zitten. Het ruime appartement is voorzien van prima voorzieningen waaronder airco in alle ruimtes. Bijzondere verrassing was de ontmoeting met twee wijntour gidsen na hun werkdag. Zij vroegen ons een wijntje mee te drinken en vertelden vol passie van alles over de wijncultuur in Beaune.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement a 10 minutes du centre de Beaune juste a cote d’un parc. Les amenagements sont recents . Le propriétaire a bien preparé notre visite car il ne manquait rien. La literie de qualité. Parking gratuit

l’appartement est assez humide et assez sombre. L’acces est difficile pour des personnes a mobilité reduite. Il y à pas de terrasse ( meme s’il y a un tres beau parc derrière l’appartement ) La location de vélo est un peu invasive durant la journée ( surtout en cas de beau temps )

Een heel ontspannend verblijf dat voor herhaling vatbaar is.

De locatie is prachtig. Op wandelafstand van Beaune en toch rustig gelegen naast een prachtig park. Het appartement was heel netjes en helemaal zoals beschreven op de site.

Persoonlijk kook ik liever in een pan van inox, ik werk liever niet met antiaanbak potten of pannen. Maar gelukkig is dit met het aanbod aan uitstekende restaurants in Beaune geen probleem gebleken.

emplacement a côté d un parc et accessible à pied au centre ville en longeant un cours d eau Salle de bain vaste et douche très fonctionnelle Possibilité de dédoubler les lits dans les chambres Calme Déco basique mais neutre

L équipement de la cuisine est insuffisant ( pas de saladier pas de casserole , peu de verres , pas d égouttoir.......) L escalier en colimaçon extérieur pour accéder au logement Le linge de lit n était pas repassé ( tout était froissé) Appartement proposé pour 6 personnes maximum mais seulement 4 positions dans le coin salon Une des chambres est une mezzanine au dessus de la cuisine avec accès par un escalier non recommandé pour les enfants ( ou pour des adultes ayant abusé des vins de Bourgogne) Obligation le matin de se lever avant 8h pour enlever la voiture de l emplacement au pied de l appartement car le magasin de location de vélo sous jacent les déploie dans la cour Pas assez d oreillers

Le calme, l'emplacement (tout proche du centre à pieds), le parc à côté, la déco de l'appartement, les échanges faciles et rapides par message avec le propriétaire.

Manque des commodes ou penderies car il n'y a rien pour ranger ses affaires, du coup tout reste dans la valise Pas de tapis de bain, ni de torchons Propreté à revoir, notamment dans la salle de bain (crème ou dentifrice collé contre le meuble et miroir sale) Un miroir dans la pièce principale serait le bienvenu (car 1 seul miroir dans tout le logement, celui de la salle de bains)
