Nice house renovated in 2014 in the spirit campaign, which has 3 bedrooms (one has access only from the outside), 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, 2 toilets, kitchen / dining room and TV lounge with sofa bed 2 places.
Its walled garden is ideal for your family holiday. Quick access from the highway exit 24-1 (Beaune-Hospices), 15 minutes walk from the station and shops downtown. enclosed courtyard for 2 vehicles.

Located just outside the centre with easy access by bicycle or car. On a main road into the town so could be a little noisy at night. Had great potential.

The Orangerie was a beautifully appointed house that suited our needs perfectly. Our 14 year old fellow traveler loved having a room separate from the main house. It was an easy walk into Beaune. I loved Beaune and the surrounding area. Marie was a great host and extremely nice. It is somewhat noisy in the bedrooms because of street noise, but I expect that with locations convenient to town.

Charming property and wonderful town

As an exercise in how to take a 17th century Orangerie and turn it into a modern comfortable house then this property should win an award. There are all of the very old, more recent and very modern to be found in this house. The most obviously very modern are the two shower rooms and separate toilet. The 3 bedrooms are all very large king size bedrooms furnished well and in a more recent style, there is a large living room and a full size kitchen with an 8 seat dining table. One of the 3 bedrooms is attached to the house but accessed by going outside the house. The house is secure, 15minutes walk from the old city walls of Beaune, it has a very large garden and parking adequate for 2 smaller cars or 1 large car. For anyone who still worries about french plumbing then this house also proves that modern french plumbing is as good as anywhere else. Marie, the owner speaks very good English and was most helpful, she lives very close to the property and is therefore very accessible if required. I will definitely be back and for longer as my stay here has caused me to decide I would like to spend a little longer exploring the towns and countryside of the Bourgogne

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend; das Haus mit einem herrlich schattigen Garten liegt nah am Zentrum, sodass die Innenstadt sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die beiden Autoparkplätze im abgeschlossenen Innenhof sind perfekt; es ist auch noch genügend Platz für Räder etc. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mehr als ausreichend für eine Selbstversorgung. Dieses Haus würden wir sofort wieder buchen.

Nous avons apprécié notre court séjour sur Beaune. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. La maison est très bien équipée et les équipements de qualités. C est très appréciable. Le jardin est très bien et la chambre en dépendance, a été un succès pour nos ados. La maison n est pas très loin du centre de Beaune et des loueurs de vélos (15/20 mins à pied). A savoir qu elle est située au bord d une route un peu passante le matin. En tout cas, nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé le week-end de l’ascension à 3 couples dans la maison de Marie . Nous avons apprécié la décoration, le confort et le charme du logement et du jardin où tout est prévu pour passer un très bon séjour. L’accueil la disponibilité de Marie et les informations fournies à l’arrivée sont appréciables ! Nous recommandons cet hébergement très pratique pour visiter Beaune et les vignobles, La proximité de la ville (1km) et le stationnement dans la cour sont un plus .

La maison est très agréable à vivre avec sa chambre à part. La décoration de l'ensemble de la maison est faite avec beaucoup de gout. De plus, il est très appréciable d'avoir 2 jeux de clés afin de faciliter l'organisation des déplacements lorsque nous venons à plusieurs familles. Le jardin est à la fois ensoleillé pour les bains de soleil ou ombragé pour manger, le tout clos de murs sans vis à vis.

Location conforme à nos attentes. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille en profitant pleinement du jardin pour les repas. La maison est assez grande pour que 8 personnes y garde leur intimité. La localisation est parfaite pour se rendre à pied dans le centre de Beaune . L accueil à été très sympathique. En bref une bonne adresse bourguignonne.

La maison a été très bien rénovée sans avoir enlevé son charme d’antan. Elle reste proche du centre mais pas trop. Le jardin de ville très ombragé a été assurément la pièce la plus fréquentée de la maison... 2 chambres donnent sur la rue, grâce au double vitrage, cela n’a pas été trop gênant. Marie, l’hôte est très sympathique.

huisje ligt langs vrij drukke weg, met veel verkeer tot gevolg, vooral 's morgens hinderlijk. Tuin is aangenaam vertoeven met veel zowel zon als schaduw. Ruime slaapkamer, maar voor mij te harde matras en bed maakt lawaai bij elke beweging. Verder is er geen geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers, wat beetje verveldend is. badkamers prima, zij het vrij klein. keuken en salon prima. Internet aanwezig, maar valt erg vaak uit. Wat mij betreft beetje te duur ... (omgeving en stad zijn heel erg de moeite!)

La maison est très bien équipée pour le quotidien, en revanche nous y avons malheureusement eu extrêmement chaud dans les chambres. En effet il est impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres (double vitrage) la nuit à cause du bruit de la circulation, la présence de ventilateurs serait un plus non négligeable ! La déco des chambres est sympa, les salles d'eau sont récentes et jolies. Cependant la chambre indépendante n'est pas pratique pour les envies pressantes de la nuit ... Un deuxième jeu de clé serait déjà plus pratique, si on n'a pas envie de laisser la maison ouverte la nuit ! La taille du jardin est suffisante, avec un coin ombragé, mais il pourrait être un peu plus net et plus entretenu.

la maison est très bien équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner les chambres sont grandes avec un lit confortable et la décoration est très chaleureuse donc on se sent vraiment bien dans cette maison il y a en plus un joli petit jardin qui agrémente le tout Nous avons été très bien accueilli par une dame charmante qui était vraiment à notre disposition Je conseille fortement ce gîte si vous souhaitez passer un week-end à Beaune

A great house with old charm and all modern facilities. A private garden is perfect. Bakery, food store and city center on walking distance or just a few minutes by car. The Landlady is very helpful, easy to get in touch with and nothing feels complicated. We loved the city of Beaune, the Burgundy landscape with small villages and vineyards, and last, but not least, the wine. We´ll be back.
