Warm welcoming location

This is a very comfortable apartment very close to the centre ville.

Location excellent, well equipped with washing machine, coffee maker etc. the character is lovely and the renovations well done. Francoise was so helpful with meeting us at the station and showing us into the property.

It's hard to get large baggage up the narrow stairs

A lovely location from which to explore beautiful Beaune and Burgundy in general.

Very much enjoyed staying in this historic building in a delightful street in Beaune. It was close to all amenities, restaurants, supermarkets, etc., and was quiet at night.

The upper set of circular stairs made carrying luggage a challenge, but the opportunity to stay in a building like this made it worth the effort.

Excellent location for a wine tasting adventure

The host actually met us at the train station when we came in and took us to the property, it was really convenient. The property itself was perfect for a family with one child and well equipped with things like salt and oil for cooking with groceries we bought. The clothes washer with detergent was also a great addition! The place was well-stocked with info on things to do in the area and very easily accessible to all of the historic center of Beaune. We forgot our phone charger when we checked out and the owner kindly messaged us to see if she could give it back.

It would be very nice to have two house keys so each adult could have one.

We had a great time and a wonderful host and would definitively come back.

The location is excellent and we walked everywhere. Everything you might need is in walking distance. It is a lovely old house with lots of charm. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We could see some vines in the distance.

It could feel a bit more homely and comfy. It would look nicer if the new timber would be stained to fit in better. Would prefer a bigger tv but it had Netflix and Prime.

Excellent location and in an old well restored building of character. Very clean. Lots of good restaurants etc. nearby as were the main places of interest in Beaune. Perfect for a family who need 2 bedrooms.

The stairs were a bit much for us. but no trouble to my grandson! The clue is in the name 'Grenier'.

To many lies and bad value for money. I wish I rent elsewhere.

Burgundy is a very nice region and Beaune a city interesting to stay... but not in this flat. Bad value for money and too many lies in description. If truth were told I would not have rent it.

Free public parking is 800m from flat, not 30m ! This is a major criteria for me. The toilet door does not lock and has an insufficient cleaness. Very poor furniture, nothing to store clothes, table layer out of age and dirty and many other wrong points... so disappointing.

Gîte bien situé au coeur du centre ville mais avec un accès très compliqué.

Ce gîte est idéalement situé à deux pas du centre historique et bénéficie d'une très jolie cour.

Il n'est pas indiqué que ce gîte se trouve au 3ème étage d'un immeuble dont l'escalier biscornu est très difficile à emprunter avec des valises, voir dangereux vu l'irrégularité des marches, je ne le recommande pas aux personnes fragiles ni aux enfants. Quant au parking indiqué tout prêt, il est très petit et complet en permanence. Il faut donc aller se garer au parking de Lidl à 500 mètres ce qui est particulièrement pénible avec valises et sacs de voyage.

C'est un vrai grenier et la dernière volée de marche se mérite avec les valises. Le lit double est trop dur et les lits jumeaux sont pour des enfants.
