Located a 5-minute walk from downtown, the Hospices de Beaune, the Ateliers du Cinéma, restaurants, the movie theater, the swimming pool, and all amenities, this former 15th-century winemaker’s house was tastefully and completely renovated in 2017. We have preserved certain period materials to stay true to the Burgundian style.

It’s very peaceful here—you’ll wake up to the sound of birds singing.
Accommodation:
The Annex consists of:
a large bedroom with a king-size bed (160/200)
a connected living room/bedroom with two single beds (90/200)
a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea.
a shower room with toilet.
Sheets and towels are provided.
In the warmer months, you can relax in the courtyard or our garden, read a book, or simply enjoy some quiet downtime.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
Guest Access
After entering through our front door and passing through our living room, you’ll reach the guesthouse, which is entirely reserved for you (and attached to our home).
You also have access to the courtyard and our garden, which you can enjoy on sunny days.
Additional notes
Beaune is a charming town where you’ll find plenty to explore.
Whether on foot or by bike, you can get some fresh air in the surrounding countryside and explore the vineyards, wineries, and wine testings of some of the world’s most prestigious wines.
A few bottles from a local producer will also be available for you at L’Annexe in a small wine cellar provided for your use.
