Recently renovated house in 2010 and 2016 (new wall painting, kitchen and furniture), the house is furnished for a maximum of 4 people, Ideally located in the old town.
Free parking can be available for free close to the property.
for parking inside the historic city center or access to close public parking a card can be issued on request (10euros / day or 30 euros / week).
Located 200 meters from the famous hospices de Beaune, 1 km form the train station, the house will permit you to visit Beaune on foot. it s a ideal base to visit the famous vineyards of the Côte de Beaune or Côte de Nuit or divover some of the 1200 'climats' (vineyards parcels) that could become a Unesco world heritage in 2015.
Easy parking near the house; quiet location; near all attractions (restaurants, museums, ...) and facilities (shopping centers, ...)
Situated within a 17th century edifice, the «Gîte des Remparts» is an entirely independent 65m2 habitation with a private terrace.
Completely renovated in 2010, the gîte’s location within the « Rempart » allows you to appreciate both the conveniences of being in the town center, and serene and relaxing surroundings.

Great location! Right downtown in walking distance of everything. Well equipped kitchen. Very nice host who came to greet us and offered suggestions for sightseeing. Free parking nearby at Lidl. There are many maps and flyers for wine tours, castles and abbeys in the house. Besides the beds in the two bedrooms there are a futon couch and foldout chair mattress for kids or not so tall adults. Would stay there again.

It was as described, and we loved the top floor patio. The kitchen was stocked full of appliances, dishes etc. and even had some condiments and coffee pods. The only tiny drawback was that the door was a challenge to unlock.

Cute home on the rempart. Parking nearby. Easy walking in the area. Restaurants galore.

My husband and I stayed here after a 2 week car trip in France. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city, walking distance to everything. It was very convenient to have access to a washer and dryer. The beds and bathrooms were clean but the kitchen could use a little attention. Dry goods and other foods left on counters and cupboards.(ie. 3 partially used olive oil bottles) uses up all the little counter space there is. Although there are 2 ‘bathrooms’ (sink &shower) there is only one toilet and it is downstairs. Anyone using the upper bedroom will need to go down the spiral staircase to the toilet. A little difficult communicating with the host. We were given wrong code to the key box but things were resolved. You can pull your car up to the door in an alleyway and back it out. As stated there is a free city parking a 15-min walk away. Would consider staying here again.
