About this apartment rental
This 58 m² apartment, on the 2nd floor of a completely renovated 19th century building with elevator, has an equipped covered terrace of 8.5 m². It is ideal for its location and its conviviality for 4 people.
It is composed of a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen (note, only apartment without dishwasher), a dining area, a living room, 2 bedrooms with double bed 200×160, a bathroom with large shower, separate toilets and a private furnished and covered terrace.
This private building which combines the character of the old and the modern has an elevator which serves 3 out of 4 apartments (Le Beaune Allerey, Le Beaune Guigogne et le Beaune Saint Etienne).
The 4 apartments all have a prepaid parking card (included in the price of your rental),
this gives you access to 1 parking space in a covered and secure car park located not far from the apartments.
In addition, 2 of the 4 apartments have their own private terrace (Le Beaune Rousseau et le Beaune Saint Etienne) and one of them is fully equipped and accessible for accompanied people with reduced mobility (Le Beaune Guigogne).
Each apartment has all the equipment and dishes necessary for your stay.
They all have high-speed Internet access with wifi, television with foreign channels, reversible air conditioning, as well as a video intercom...
In addition, in order to start your stay in good conditions, we will also have the pleasure of offering you a welcome kit (non-renewable)

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Beaune Sweet Home! The apartment is impeccably clean, wonderfully decorated, loaded with extras and a kitchen with everything anyone might need. The beds are more comfortable than my own!Location, location, location. Minutes (maybe 3?) to the center of town, you can walk everywhere in Beaune. I couldn't have found one flaw in this stay. Jocelyn even picked us up at the train station and dropped us off at the end. (even though the station is within walking distance from Beaune Sweet Beaune).If you can, reserve one of these lovely apartments. You won't regret it.

We had a great stay. The apartment is as advertised. Jocelyn and her daughter, Joan were fabulous hosts. The helped us get from the train to their lovely apartment. The linens were so comfortable. We loved having dinner on the terrace. Everything was top notch, the place was spotless, and the communication before and during our stay was very helpful. We ate at a restaurant Joan suggested and it was excellent. Highly recommend staying at Beaune Sweet Home - St. Etienne.
