Beautiful old property in a fantastic location

Beautiful old property in a fantastic location. Spacious rooms and the large bed was comfortable. Despite being so central for walking everywhere it was very quiet inside.

Some Decor is a little tired & grubby but on the whole it is charming. Kitchen needs better lighting and the sink tap needs attention

Very well located & comfortable apartment

Well equipped and comfortable. Amazing location, really just steps from the centre of Beaune and all attractions, restaurants etc. Ground floor so easy access with a small child.

We had a lightbulb go in the kitchen during our stay, and despite notifying the owners no one came round to fix it, at least not while we were there.

great location, easy self-checkin

The location is perfect, next to the old town carpark. only 3mins walk to the famous hospital museum. big garden with parking place. the room is a bit old but big enough for 3 of us. it is a small town, you can almost walk to anywhere. lot of good restaurants nearby (better book in advance). it is quiet at night.

Excellent location and a stylish appartment.

We loved the spacious rooms and decor. The location was superb. A parking spot right outside the house was an absolute bonus. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we are in the area. Nice and cool as the weather was very hot.

Faded charm but excellent location.

The location was ideal for access to the 'old' town although the inner 'ring road' 50m. away meant there was significant traffic noise on the terrace during the day. The onsite parking was good (between the apartment and the ring road). The 'faded charm' of the old building and large apartment had a certain appeal.

The building and apartment are in need of some attention. Wooden floors in the bathroom and toilet are losing their paint, some tap fittings are loose, the armchair's fabric was stained etc. The on site written request to be rated with a 10 and certainly nothing less than a 9 ( we never met or spoke to the owner) we thought slightly presumptuous.

The apartment was very stylish and tasteful decorated. We felt very much at home. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The lady of the house was very friendly and helpful.

An okay stay for 100-120 euros at best, but not good enough for the 195 euros per night that I paid

1.Excellent location. 2. Ground floor, so you don’t have to climb up with baggage. 3. Spacious. 4. Very responsive host - replies immediately. There was no shower gel or shampoo but was provided promptly the next day.

Great location but very poor value for money, sleapt on the floor as the bed had collapsed.

The location was perfect as was the space

The bed broke on the 1st night, slept on one side 2nd night, 3rd night the bed collapsed. The bed was held together with wire and cable ties. Lots of mosquitoes, garden not swept, lack of love, for the money we have paid. Worst in France but great location. Needs smart TV and love. Sofa bed in lounge really uncomfortable to sit on. Put mattress on the floor for the last night. No plug for kitchen Sink, Isabel suggested I do not post a bad review and that we had jumped on the bed. "For the bed I think you try to change his place or jump on it because the central wood was literally broken Anyway I will not ask you anything be reassured on this point but I am counting on you to refrain from putting a bad rating on booking :-)

Unsympathische und abgeranzte Wohnung in Beaune

Es war geheizt

Die Wohnung war extrem unterwohnt.Sie ähnelt den Fotos aber auch nur ansatzweise. Viel zu dünne Bettdecke, Wohnung mit Sperrmüllmöbeln bestückt, die extrem befleckt sind. Bett unkomfortabel. Das Clo ist besonders schmutzig. Clodeckel verbeult und gerissen. Extrem verschmutzte Wände siehe Fotos. Wohnung ist lieblos und abgeranzt. Selten so unwohl gefühlt in einer Wohnung. Alle Böden in schlechtem Zustand , Dusche nur lauwarmes Wasser. Putzfrauen standen schon eine halbe Stunde vor checkout im Auto vor der Türe und als wir die Koffer raustrugen kamen die Putzfrauen aus dem Auto gestürmt und nahmen uns den Schlüssel ab. Alles extrem unsympathisch und das für einen stolzn Preis von 125 Euro. Nie wieder. Das Haus wirkt auch von außen nicht ansprechend. Da es Parterre liegt fühlt man sich nicht sicher. Innen wirkt es spuky.

Perfect!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. De locatie is ideaal: rustig gelegen en toch dichtbij het centrum van Beaune. Het gratis parkeren was een groot pluspunt. Het appartement was schoon, netjes en voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. De bedden lagen erg comfortabel en zorgden voor een goede nachtrust. De communicatie met de verhuurder was vlot en duidelijk, alles werd snel en vriendelijk geregeld. Kortom, het verblijf voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. We zouden deze plek zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken wanneer we weer in de buurt zijn.

Saubere, charmante Altbauwohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Charmante Altbauwohnung. Freunde hoher Decken und knarzender Dielen sind hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Sehr sauber. Schneidebrett und Toaster wären noch toll gewesen; haben wir im nahen, sehr gut sortierten Carrefour dann selbst gekauft. Angenehme Gastgeberin. Top-Parkplatz, wenn nicht s.u.

Die EG-Wohnung links daneben (mit ebenfalls kleinem Vorgarten) war leider in den ersten Tagen regelmäßig ab ca. 16.30h offenbar ein Sammelpunkt für französische Partypeople so um die 20, die allerdings gegen 19.00h nach dem Vorglühen regelmäßig brav wieder von dannen gezogen sind. Erst als die Bewohnerin(nen) abgereist waren, konnte man auch den eigenen kleinen Vorgarten für einen Apero selbst nutzen. Das war ein bisschen schade. Ansonsten nichts zu mäkeln. War sicher eine Ausnahme.
