The apartment was in a great location.

A great location right opposite Hotel Dieu in the heart of the old town.

Sadly the vinyl was flaking off the furniture every time you sat on it. The floor in the shower recess looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly for a very long time. There was no clothes rack to dry washed clothes on.

The apartment is in an excellent location: 5 minute walk from free parking, across the street from the splendid Hospices de Beaune, in the heart of a charming town. There is a washer/driver in the apartment. Great stay!

Super convenient, relaxing and quiet location with everything we needed to enjoy Beaune!

Wonderful location in the center of Beaune close to the restaurants and the Bouzaises park. The view from our windows of the Hospices de Beaune was breathtaking.

Great spacious apartment in a fabulous setting. Patrick is a very friendly, helpful host.

We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness. The fridge had lots of things left in it, I assume, from previous occupant (pre covid this may have been a bonus). Quite a lot of dust on shelves and I did have to give the oven a clean over before we used it. The bathroom and sleeping area were spotless.

This listing is exceptionally misleading, but the apartment was clean and in a good location

The location was amazing - right in the centre of Beaune. The property was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This listing is exceptionally misleading. We thought we were booking a room with a nice big breakfast bar and a jacuzzi bath, but actually the images show photos of two different apartments. When we arrived, we were met with a much smaller room with a very small table. The decor was fine but a bit shabby. We had booked anticipating that we would be spending time self catering at home, but that would have been very depressing - there was no real dining table and the property was quite small and tired. If you are looking for somewhere cheap and clean in a great location then this is a good option, but it was not somewhere we wanted to spend any time beyond just speaking. When you book, make sure you check which apartment you are staying in (the owner showed us in his app, it had listed 'Les Ursules' as the smaller apartment we were staying in but there was no where for me to see this on our booking).

It’s the perfect location to explore Beaune, across the road from the main attractions , the Hotel-Dieu. The room is very spacious and well kitted.

Very good

Great location. Right in the middle of the old city. We booked 1 apartment for 2 people. Patrick was there to hand over the keys and gave some tips as well regarding restaurants, parking, etc. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the city as well as some vineyards. Bakeries are nearby so you can get breakfast and can walk thru the old town at your pace. Place is clean. Kitchen and a fridge included. Bathroom is clean and comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay

The apartment was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, literally in the square but no noise at all. The owner met us and showed us around, and kept in contact about arrival times etc. He was really friendly and very helpful. We stayed with our 10 month old son and the cot was made up for us before we arrived and there was a high chair too! The hot tub bath was absolutely divine with a glass of wine in the evening!! Thanks again, will be staying here again!

Fabulous for our little stop on the way back to the uk

The apartment is superb. Nothing is overlooked. The hot tub was more then welcome after a long day. The location is amazing and the host very friendly. What a wonderful family history too! It’s a real shame that we didn’t get time to visit the family’s vineyards and caves. We will be back!

Absolutely nothing that we didn’t like! Maybe a key box would be useful to get the host and guest free of having to arrange time for check in check out when the road trips take longer then planned. That said, Patrick the host was extremely easy and understanding with the multiple changes we had make in our arrival and departure time, and it was fantastic to meet him and his lovely mum.

Semplicemente tutto. Posizione fantastica e Patrick è stato meraviglioso, ci seguito in tutto e facilitato in ogni spostamento e problema logistico. Possibilità di organizzare il noleggio bici direttamente con lui, quindi perfetto. Sicuramente torneremo. Grazie!

Lekker eenvoudig, centraal

De ligging in het centrum, alles op loopafstand. Parkeren in de directe buurt kost geld maar op 5 minuten lopen, is een grote gratis parkeerplaats. Nog iets verderop, vlakbij de Carrefour hypermarche een nog grotere parkeerplaats. Het appartement zelf is simpel maar heeft wel alles. Was ook genoeg aanwezig van de nespresso cupjes , kruiden, vaatwastabletten etc.etc. aan toe. Bed voelde en sliep goed, mede door de airco. Communicatie met de eigenaar was duidelijk en zou een schoolvoorbeeld voor menige verhuurder kunnen zijn.

Zoals gezegd het appartement oogde wat simpel, stoelen hadden hun beste tijd gehad. Kon wel een opknapbeurtje gebruiken.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter la ville . De bons équipements (lave vaisselle , lave linge , fond de cuisine , lit king size…). Emplacement calme

Un appartement qui commence à devenir vétuste . Le ménage laisse à désirer (poussière, cheveux …). Nous aurions apprécié un côté salon/ fauteuil pour regarder la TV.
