About this apartment rental
Apartment on the 1st floor of 71 m², full of charm. Its French ceilings, its exposed stones, its covered terrace (9.5m²) will charm you. It can accommodate 4 people.
It is composed of a large comfortable living/dining room.
A large fully equipped kitchen opening onto the covered terrace.
2 bedrooms with double bed 200 x 160.
A bathroom with bath/shower and separate toilet.
A private furnished and covered terrace where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation
This private building which combines the character of the old and the modern has an elevator which serves 3 out of 4 apartments (Le Beaune Allerey, Le Beaune Guigogne et le Beaune Saint Etienne).
The 4 apartments all have a prepaid parking card (included in the price of your rental),
this gives you access to 1 parking space in a covered and secure car park located not far from the apartments.
In addition, 2 of the 4 apartments have their own private terrace (Le Beaune Rousseau et le Beaune Saint Etienne) and one of them is fully equipped and accessible for accompanied people with reduced mobility (Le Beaune Guigogne).
Each apartment has all the equipment and dishes necessary for your stay.
They all have high-speed Internet access with wifi, television with foreign channels, reversible air conditioning, as well as a video intercom...
In addition, in order to start your stay in good conditions, we will also have the pleasure of offering you a welcome kit (non-renewable)

Parking was very easy. The location is within walking distance of everywhere you want to go in Beaune. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. We especially loved the outdoor patio for morning coffee and evening drinks. Loved this apartment.

A beautiful and extremely clean apartment in the center of the old town. The apartment is stocked with all the supplies you’ll need and any extras (bread, croissants, cheese, wine, etc.) are readily available within 1-2 blocks. It is completely and recently renovated, and the owner decorated it in great taste with quality materials. If you have a car, their car park is just nearby. The hostess is charming and extremely responsive. Beaune is a great! town with many options for excellent restaurants, wine bars, wine tastings and fabulous scenery. A great opportunity to visit one of the finest wine regions in France and in style! Merci beaucoup J & J

We stayed at this apartment for total 15 days, using it as a base to explore all there is in Burgundy.
The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos. And super clean. Wonderfully well stocked.
Jocelyne & her husband couldn’t do enough for us. They are the best hosts we ever experienced in France after many rental apartments we have had throughout the years. In fact, they should be awarded for the “best hosts” for HomeAway if there is such thing. Anyone who is interested in staying in Beaune, please go straight to this apartment.
