Card number and security code required on short notice before checking in

The apartment is beautiful, nice decorated, very well located and clean. The owner was very responsive and always answer our questions. The apartment was already paid before arrival and we received the code for the keys also the day before.

The only annoying point was that we got a message from the owner one hour before checking in saying that they suddenly changed the policy so if we wanted to get the keys we had to provide a card number with the security code. Of course we did it because it was very cold outside and we were tired after 8 hours driving. Clearly the owner must have had a bad experience with previous guest but that’s not the best way to welcome new guests.

Absolutely perfect location, and it was spotlessly clean. Excellent communication with host.

A handrail on the stairs to the bedrooms would be ideal, but we coped. ☺️

Please update check in details as the car parking instructions need updating and so led to confusion. The low ceiling on the stairs to and from the bedrooms is a trap and hitting your head was common.

We had an amazing stay, we felt with a few amendments this would be a perfect property for a stay in a beautiful locatio

The location was perfect. The kitchen was great, although it was lacking a few basic utensils. The utility room was very useful.

There was very little room in the toilet, for some of our guests it was almost impossible for them to use comfortably! The shower and sink in the second bedroom are not suitable for adults, the sink is too small and the shower was very difficult to enter. Both shower areas could benefit from some storage. There is no curtain in the main bedroom. The remote controls were not working (possibly dead batteries?), the tv volume or channels could not be changed, the velux window could not be opened. More utensils-mainly sharp knives- would be useful in the kitchen!

Beaune is a beautiful small village and we enjoyed exploring it. The apartment was well located to walk to all attractio

The location of the property was excellent- just inside the ramparts of the beautiful old town of Beaune. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee and some condiments. The laundry had a washing machine and dryer. The property is an Easy walk from the train station We found parking at no cost just outside the old town - with an easy walk to the property.

The apartment was advertised to have two bathrooms , however this was misleading because there was only one toilet. One bedroom had a very small shower and a tiny hand basin in it. The other main bedroom had a walk-in shower and a large bath with a shower . The toilet was a separate amenity. There was only one toilet - this was a major problem for us, we expected two toilets. The other major issue is that the toilet room was tiny - not even 1 square metre- there was not enough room to sit on the toilet with the door closed - even harder for-the tall - over 6 foot tall - men in our group. Another problem was the stairs that were awkward and difficult for tall people. We had trouble locating the property because there was no number on the house , we relied on getting a picture of the property sent by the owner to identify the house - a name on the door would help to identify it. The instructions to find the street were ok .

Nous nous sommes bien reposés dans cette maison de ville charmante.

Nous avons aimé l’accueil, la propreté, le fait qu’il soit parfaitement équipé. Il y avait même une table à langer ainsi qu’une chaise haute pour nos enfants en bas âge. Le parking se trouve à la porte d’entrée ce qui est très pratique pour charger et décharger les valises. Étant situé dans Beaune, il est possible de tout faire à pied. C’est vraiment un établissement à recommander.

Il faut juste faire attention dans les escaliers qui ne sont pas très conventionnels

Sehr geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtete Unterkunft im Herzen von Beaune. Die kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Eingang, was sehr komfortabel ist. Man sollte wissen, dass sich der Eingang in Rempart de la Comédie befindet und NICHT in der Rue Eugène Spuller.

Die Treppen, das winzige WC und das offene Bad sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da wir nur 1 Nacht da waren, hat es uns nicht gestört.

Prachtig huis op ideale locatie. Parkeren voor de deur en op loopafstand van het centrum van Beaune.

We zijn nogal lang, dus moesten goed opletten dat we niet tegen lage balken aanstootte.

Het verblijf was luxueus, de indeling fijn, de ligging top..... J'ai bien aimé, top!

De ingangsdeur was laag zoals voorspeld en ik ben op de trap met mijn hoofd tegen het plafond gebotst waarvoor was verwittigd maar dat was helemaal niet erg. Eigen schuld. Aucun problème! Enige negatieve was dat we helaas niet langer van het verblijf konden genieten. Het was een last minute beslissing met maar één overnachting en een tussenstop.

Je rejoins certains autres commentaires, les escaliers sont éprouvants quand on mesure plus de 1,40m. Les toilettes sont trop petites, on ne peut pas fermer la porte si on est grand et la 2ème salle de bains dans une des chambres consiste en un petit lave-mains et une petite douche non séparés de la chambre. Le parking devant le logement n'est gratuit que le dimanche. Pour se garer gratuitement il faut utiliser le parking du cinéma, à 7 min à pied.

Super emplacement pour visiter Beaune à pied. Logement rénové avec goût, situé dans une ruelle tranquille où il est facile de se garer.

L'isolation sonore est perfectible. Les voisins ont fait une fête jusqu'à tard le premier soir de notre séjour. Je pense qu'il s'agit d'un événement isolé, donc ce n'est pas grave. Prévoir des boules quies au cas où.

Einmaliges Erlebnis, das wir nicht missen möchten.

Einmalige wunderschöne Wohnung mit einzigartigem Charme in historischem Gebäude in top Lage an der Stadtmauer am Rand der Altstadt. Sehr gut ausgestattete große Küche, bequeme Betten. Nach dreimaligem Anstossen des Kopfes hat auch die verwinkelte Treppe zwischen den zwei Etagen der Wohnung nicht gestört. Die von manchen bemängelte enge Toilette hat uns nicht gestört. Sind wir wieder auf der Durchreise, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Einfach perfekt

Wir haben die Wohnung als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Süden genutzt. Es war alles perfekt und die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir Beaune sehr gut erkunden und uns auch mit Freunden im Restaurant treffen.

Fantastisch verblijf in het centrum van Beaune

Het is een perfect gelegen accommodatie . Het is erg verrassend waar je binnenkomt, nadat je de trap bij een (zo lijkt het) klein huisje, bent binnen gegaan. Alles was aanwezig. Het is een gezellige inrichting.

Een heel klein aandachtspuntje: Andere onderhoes lakens zouden fijn zijn. Plastic onder hoezen slapen echt niet prettig.

Prima verblijf, fijne locatie in mooie plaats. Wel wat onhandige trappen, en warm op warme avonden.

Perfecte locatie, erg rustig en toch op korte loopafstand van het centrum. Parkeren voor de deur. Daarnaast was het appartement goed schoon, en voorzien van fijne schone dekbedden en handdoeken. Origineel appartement, ruime keuken, twee slaapkamers.

De slaapruimtes zijn beneden met onhandige trapjes en laag plafond. De toilet is erg krap. Daarnaast is er geen airconditioning waardoor het vrij warm was binnen toen wij op een mooie zomeravond verbleven.
