Comfortable and perfectly located apartment in Beaune

It was very clean and very well located. The kitchen was really well equipped.

It’s on a small but busy street so it was quite noisy. The parking garage is about a 10 minute walk away and the spaces for parking are really tiny!

Location! Close to everything we were interested in. Joce was wonderful. We had a bit of a medical issue and she offered to take us to the ER. The space was great with all amenities and more. Highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and I recommend it and would stay again!

The apartment was spacious and bright, the location was near many restaurants, and we could walk everywhere in central Beaune. Parking was included and it was just a short walk to the lot. The hosts picked us up from the train station which we did not expect and left us a bottle of bubbly to enjoy which was quite nice!

The living room was decorated nicely but the furniture was not too comfortable for lounging, it was quite firm. That being said, we managed and lounging in the apartment was not what we were there for. It is a very quiet area at night except for when the bar folks are walking home at 2:00 am as others may have mentioned. Wished we had a fan to drown out the sounds, but it didn't bother too much since we could have moved to the other bedroom (away from the street) but didn't.

Wonderful stay in Beaune

The apartment was very beautiful and nicely appointed. We did not lack for anything. The location could not be better, central to all things. The communication and all of the information packets provided by the host were amazing, and extremely detailed and helpful. I would most definitely stay here again.

Only thing that could be improved upon would be a table for eating. The kitchen had a breakfast bar, but for six people that wasn’t sufficient.

The stairs are made of stone and spiral steps are sometimes dangerous when carrying the luggage. Bathtub is very narrow.

Excellent apartment right in the centre of old Beaune.

Location and access to terrace were the top features. Minutes walk from all Beaune attractions. Apartment was comfortable, well equipped and our host was welcoming and communicative.

If you plan to use the free parking provided beware that the spaces can be tight.

Beautiful, updated apartment near everything in Beaune

This is a beautiful apartment within easy walking distance of just about everything in Beaune. The finishes are beautiful, the beds super comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and updated. The owner is an exceptional host. The kitchen is very well equipped; there's a washing machine and drying rack. The owner provides tons of information about the apartment, the town and the surrounding area. We were sorry to leave!

Everything we wanted and more! Loved it.

Location was ideal. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we could want - with multiple versions of glasses, plates and bowls. Showers were luxurious. The sitting area was very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent. Parking worked well. It met all our needs and more. We even joked that it had everything except a wine decanter - and then we found the wine decanter!

Very enjoyable stay in the middle of old Beaune town in a gorgeous apartment.

Joan n Joce were exceptional hosts and very happy to assist including picking up/dropping back from train station as well as to car rental. Also excellent recommendations for restaurants. Apartment spotless, beds great, pillows great, aircon great, kitchen facilities excellent. Washing machine great. Information folders excellent. Location fantastic. Apartment accessible by lift. Free car parking. Bike storage too. Private terrace lovely. Note, not all 4 apartments are lift accessible. Our Beaune St Etienne was a bit dated in decor compared to others but still excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and beautifully appointed apartment.

The location was perfect for visiting anywhere in the town of Beaune and only a 12 minute walk from the train station. The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished with lots of information and the hosts were very good with communication - would highly recommend!

Our only comment is that although it is advertised as having two ensuite bedrooms, both bedrooms had an ensuite shower and basin but no toilet! There was only one separate toilet in the apartment and that did not have a basin so you needed to go back to the bedroom or kitchen to wash your hands which we thought was slightly strange. Our party would have all preferred an ensuite toilet/basin and a communal shower if space was an issue but that is just our opinion.

We were very happy with the apartment. We were two couples traveling together.

The central location was perfect. It was easy to walk nearly everywhere in Beaune. There are excellent boulangeries and restaurants less than 300 meters away. The elevator to the apartment is convenient for luggage but even the stairs are not that difficult.

Parking is in a lot that is a bit of a walk to the apartment. They do provide a keycard to get in and out of the lot without having to pay.

A beautiful apartment right in the centre of Beaune—perfectly located for exploring the town. The space itself was lovely, with high ceilings, comfortable beds, and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The owners were very friendly and made check-in smooth and welcoming. As a thoughtful touch, they even gifted us a bottle of wine, which was much appreciated!

A perfect place to stay

The apartment owner, Joce, made us feel so welcome. The apartment is very well set up with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is fantastic too. A few minutes walk to everything Beaune has to offer. There is no need to cook in the well set up kitchen, as restaurants are everywhere. Loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

A great stay at Sweet Home, and the best host!

Joce is the best host! She graciously offered to take 4 of us to the train station with 2 cars! Location of Sweet home is convenient, paid parking was included, kitchen is well equipped. Our friend said the bed is so comfortable, better than his at home.

characterful building, we stayed in a top floor apartment that had an outdoor terrace area. lovely to be able to sit outside in the evening. The facilities were good too including a comfortable bed. It was very conveniently situated, a great boulangerie a minute away and an easy walk to restaurants and historic places of interest. A car parking permit was included for our stay and a warm greeting on arrival and we were guided to the car park. Joce was a great host and we felt very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if the opportunity comes up.

Perfect place for two couples to enjoy Beaune.

Very modern and functional. Kitchen and bathrooms featured high-end fixtures and design. Location was quiet but within five to ten minutes of almost everything. Small, new elevator to floors 1 and 2 from ground. Large storage area on ground floor for rental bikes. Free parking pass for rental car. Wifi, TV, washer, dryer, etc. Suitable for one-night to very extended stay. Detailed binders about activities, restaurants, shopping, all apartment facilities and equipment.

We really enjoyed our stay in Beaune and would totally stay at the place again. The apartment was right in the center of everything, walkable to all major attractions, yet felt quiet and cozy. it had everything we needed for our family stay with a 2 year old. The owner provided a crib, a high chair and some toys for our daughter. we were able to do the laundry and cook breakfast and dinner. do not hesitate, just book the place! you will love it.

The apartment is so cute! Beds were comfortable and the location can’t be beat in Beaune. Joce was a wonderful host! Be sure to visit Soul Kitchen across the street. Absolutely recommend staying at Beaune Sweet Home!

Yes, parking was a bit far and made check-in/out a bit stressful, but to get free parking in Beaune centre one can’t complain! The steps to the St. Etienne and to its balcony require care, especially for the elderly. However having a nice lift/elevator to the apartment was a gift!
