Excellent apartment

A spacious, stylish, and bright apartment with beautiful parquet flooring. It's very centrally located with parking nearby. The apartment has two nice bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The living room has a salonwith seats for four people, which is quite rare. The kitchen is well-equipped. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

lovely apartment great location!

The location was excellent and the apartment better than the photos it was absolutely the centre of the town with windows opening onto the many places below. We felt we were living amongst locals. The apartment had everything and more and was stylishly furnished with all mod cons yet retaining the air of the old. I guess the bad review score left by the last person was purely based on parking which seems very sad as this apartment is so good we have already booked it again for the Hospices de Beaune wine auction next year!

All was great, above a restaurant but we didn’t notice the noise in the bedroom.

Location location location!

Beautiful, really clean and comfortable, modern apartment in an old building. The shower rooms are almost brand new, and so well-renovated, one in each bedroom. Washing machine, dishwasher and fridge work perfectly. Clothes hanging racks and many towel drying racks provided. Very good, clear and easy instructions on how to get keys to apartment, and was a delight dealing with the owners. Also a gourmand’s dream home-base as it was only a few steps away to the best cheesemonger on earth Pl. Carnot and the world’s most amazing butcher shop/restaurant on Rue d'Alsace, and practically next door to the supermarket with a wine shop and boulangerie just outside the entrance to the building. Well-priced but we would’ve been happy to pay extra at this time of year if there had been air-conditioning.

Such a shame we missed the Saturday markets! And only one toilet despite two bathrooms.

Very central location in very modern and well set up apartment

Central location with one underground car parking ticket so no need for street parking. Modern recently renovated apartment with everything provided. Cooking utensils, crockery, pots pans, ice bucket, coffee machine, American fridge with ice, pantry, washing machine with detergent, comfortable couch and arm chairs and bar stools, large table. Shower and basin in each bedroom Block out blinds Better equipped than most houses

Shared toilet, not sure why another couldn't be installed in one of the bathrooms. Never a good idea sharing this facility. Recommend not staying in the front bedroom as the apartment is located directly above a restaurant and they decide at 6 am to turn on music, drag out tables chairs over the ground and wind out their awning so don't expect to sleep in. Back has the smells of the kitchen if windows left open. Two sets of keys would be better especially when staying with friends so you can do your own thing and return leave on your own. No air conditioner, only a fan per bedroom. Gets hot at night even with fan. Can't open window due to restaurant noise below. There is a thermostat on the wall but when adjusting that makes no difference so possibly it's for winter heating

中心地にあり観光には最適。設備も充実していて快適。4人で滞在したけれどリビングが広々していてリラックスできた。キッチンやカトラリー、グラスも充実しているし、足りない食材は、直ぐそばの食材店で調達できるし、なによりも土曜日のマルシェや商店街が素晴らしいので料理好きやわいん、チーズにはたまらない！

ドアの鍵が開けづらかった。けれど、連絡をするとすぐコツを教えてくれた。
