Beautiful, clean apartment in a perfect location

Very comfortable, clean and beautiful apartment situated in a wonderful historic building. The location is excellent.

Not a fan of the shower in bath tub scenario, however it is an older traditional style apartment so part of the decor and we managed well enough.

Very adequate, but not exeptional. Great location, clean, well supplied. Just don't book floor apt.

The location was perfect. The apartment was very well equipped, had been renovated except for the bathroom and suited 2 people adequately. The double windows helped to minimize the street noise, both cars and people walking by. I would rent at this location again but only on an upper floor.

The ground floor which faced a street and therefore one felt inclined to keep the curtains semi-closed for privacy rendering the apartment dark. the bathroom. Not even a shelf on which to place toiletries. Such a small thing to add. I hope that the owners do so.

Very nice apartment in the centre of Beaune - highly recommended

The apartment is beautifully decorated and situated right in the centre of Beaune next to the church - but don't worry, you can't really hear the bells! The bedrooms are all air conditioned, which for us was essential as it was 35-40 degrees outside. We didn't meet the host, but everything was well communicated - arriving and leaving was no problem, and the bottle of cold Crémant de Bourgogne in the fridge was much appreciated! You can stop outside the building to load and unload your car, and then there is parking just a couple of minutes walk away. A very nice stay, and highly recommended.

No full length mirror, sitting area would have been nicer with more seating. One sofa not enough. One table is enough.had to buy laundry soap. I left it for next guests to use.

A well located beautiful place in Beaune. Very comfortable. Good for entertaining. The host Fabrice was very responsive. We used the base for the St Vincent Wine Festival 2025 held in Ladoix Serrigny.

Location was very good and it is a nice apartment.

First day water was luke warm, ie NOT hot, second day water COLD, NO HOT WATER. Notified the owner and I then paid the full invoice 100%.

PARFAIT en tout point de vue !!

L'appartement est d'une grande qualité, la situation géographique est idéale au centre de BEAUNE. C'est un lieu parfait pour nous qui arrivions de différentes villes, l'appartement est spacieux et confortable. Je n'ai vraiment rien à reprocher. Le contact avec l'hôte était parfait, nos échanges et la visite finale de l'appartement ce sont très bien passés.

RIEN ! Une cafetière à dosettes aurait été appréciée pour la qualité du café, mais pour une fois nous avons bu du café "filtre".

Un excellent choix pour visiter Beaune et ses environs.

Le logement est bien situé, bien agencé, bien propre, l'accès facile, le propriétaire prévenant. La cour a beaucoup de charmes, mais comme il faisait chaud le soir, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter.

Quelques vrais verres à vin de dégustation seront les bienvenus.

Bad als douche (heel klein) vooral met instappen/uitstappen lastig. Aan de straat dus best luidruchtig als je het raam open wilt doen. Het was heel warm binnen. Te kleine gordijnen dus lastig om het helemaal donker te krijgen

Une adresse parfaite pour 2 couples pour une visite de la ville et de la région.

Très bel appartement, les 2 chambres ont spacieuses chacune avec sa salle de bain et ses toilettes .la cuisine est bien équipée avec four lave vaisselle et lave linge. La décoration est magnifique avec meubles anciens Une très belle adresse à conseiller absolument.
