A wonderful welcome to start a fabulous 4 days in the Beaune area

We were met by our host Francoise who explained about the apartment and the area. He gave recommendations for restaurants and wine bars. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent. Easy walk to the many restaurants and bars. Beaune is an excellent location to be based while exploring Burgundy. The apartment was a wonderful cozy place to return to after a day of winetasting and exploring the local villages.

The perfect place from which to explore Beaune and then relax in comfort.

The apartment is spacious & immaculately clean with a stylish decor. The host is welcoming & has provided lots of extra touches that make the apartment feel like 'home'. We enjoyed meeting François and appreciated little touches like having the heating on to welcome us. The apartment is ideally located in the Old Town and just a short walk from the highlights of Beaune. We would happily return to this accommodation & highly recommend it as a comfortable & historic place to stay.

A beautifully-decorated home base for exploring Burgundy

I cannot say enough about this place, just wow! A gorgeous, spacious apartment on the second floor of a residential building, there are separate sleeping and living/dining areas. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the kitchen area is well-stocked with cooking equipment. With high quality sheets and towels, you will feel very well-accommodated. But I think this apartment's biggest highlight was our host, Francois. He met us at the apartment and pointed out some nearby shops and services, such as a boulangerie and grocery store as well as a bike rental place (I highly recommend a self-guided bike tour of the Route du Vins, a highlight of our trip!).

Fantastic apartment in Beaune

The best accommodation of our trip. A lovely, very comfortable, and stylish apartment in an ideal location in Beaune. François is the perfect host who kindly collected us on arrival in Beaune and dropped us at the station when we left. He also provided lots of useful information and advice on things to do and see.

François met us at the train station and took us to the property which was amazingly convenient. Beautiful apartment with everything you could want (umbrellas, iron and ironing board, steamer, cooking amenities) in a beautiful and central location within the old city walls.

This apartment is very comfortable and is in excellent location in Beaune to walk all around Vieux Beaune. François is an excellent host and extremely helpful in sharing information about wine shops and restaurants. The apartment is very well-appointed, we had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts for ourselves each morning. There is a small grocery store nearby and plenty of wine shops with tastings available.

Francois was a wonderful host, waiting patiently for two hours as we were late. The property itself was fabulous Attention to detail was amazing We had to check out early and he bought us two croissants for breakfast, so very thoughtful.

Francois’ hospitality is amazing; he has excellent communication and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The apartment’s living area is spacious, stylish, well equipped and full of light. The bedroom is quiet with a very comfy bed, nice sheets & white fluffy towels. Located in the heart of Beaune, but on a peaceful street.

A perfect apartment just a few steps from the centre if beautiful Beaune.

The apartment was spacious, clean and stylish and everything was provided for a comfortable stay. We had a warm welcome from Francois and he gave us all the information we needed. Parking was free in a car park just a few minutes walk away and all the delights of beautiful Beaune were close by. We had a great 4 day stay and we were so lucky to have warm springlike weather and be able to enjoy lunches sitting outside in the sun. Thank you Francois for sharing your lovely apartment.

Extraordinary, highly recommended!

What a lovely apartment! We felt quite at home from the first moment and hardly wanted to leave. Very tastily furnished with great attention to detail and a good eye for interior design, as shown in the photos. Right in the centre of Beaune, so everything is walking distance, with a good bakery and grocery shops nearby. Francois is a wonderful host, very helpful and easy to chat with. Next time we come to Beaune, we know where we will definitely stay again!

Nothing to do with the apartment, just some advice: Remember to book a table for dinner well in advance! We arrived on a Saturday and had trouble finding a restaurant for the evening because every single one seemed to be booked out...

Absolute perfection in Beaune

Do yourself a huge favour and visit the beautiful town of Beaune and stay at this amazing property! It is perfection! Only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of town and cafes, restaurants etc and there is a boulangerie a minute away for breakfast supplies. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need. The host, Francois, goes over and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. He even offered us a lift to the train station on the morning of our departure AND brought us pastries for breakfast!

A spacious, very well equipped one bedroom apartment in the heart of Beaune, walking distance to all the restaurants and shops and wine tastings.. The bedroom is on the quiet side of the building overlooking a courtyard and we had a great night's sleep. Free parking in the road after 7pm or at a car park nearby.

The best aspect of our stay was Francois, our host. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting him and his warm hospitality, helpfulness, attention to detail and flexibility. Thank you Francois! The location is probably unbeatable and the apartment was immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay.

The bathroom is small and could do with more ventilation and the bed is not king size. However, this depends on what one is used to. Overall, neither was a problem.

Fantastic apartment

The location was perfect, walking distance to the attractions, yet quiet during the evening. Parking is possible very close to the property. The apartment was very nicely decorated, it was clean and it had all amenities needed. The owner was a total gentleman and made us feel welcome.

Spacious rooms in an 18th Century building, with loads of old world charm

Everything about the apartment was first class, and the supplied items were wide ranging and well thought out. Imagine anything you might need and it was there. The apartment on the 1st floor is very spacious and decorated to a high level. It is in a great location, being close to the centre of Beaune but in a quiet area. Francois was an excellent and caring host, friendly and informative. I would stay there again in an instant.

An absolute gem smacked right in the heart of Beaune! Francois was a superb host. Very patient and helpful throughout our stay in Beaune. When we arrived, he showed us a map of the vicinity and the potential places we could explore. There's also free parking near the apartment. The apartment's very spacious for 2, very cosy and well-equipped. The furnishing was excellent and it really felt like home. All in all, we had a wonderful and memorable stay. Keep up the excellent work, Francois! :)

Excellent location in Beaune

Excellent location. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The appartement was clean and very comfortable, elegantly furnished, had everything you need and the bedroom faced a quiet courtyard. We slept really well. From the appartement, you just walk 100 metres to the bakery and a supermarket. The bakery opens already at 6.30 AM, and you can get fresh croissants for breakfast every day. The supermarket has a really good assortment of food. Shops and restaurants are close to the appartement. Beaune has a small center and the appartement is well situated so you can get to shops and restaurants in just a few minutes walk. Free parking is also very close by. That is convenient if you want to use the car to drive to vineyards. Some vineyards are very close to Beaune so you can also rent bikes and do a bike tour. We really enjoyed our stay and will book the appartement again when we visit Beaune in the future.

Tasteful and well equipped suite and historic center

Located in an ancient building, the apartment is very comfortable and amazingly well equipped. The owner has thought of every little detail and anticipated every possible need a guest could have! Our host François was extremely helpful and welcoming. We stayed for three nights and strongly recommend this wonderful property.
