Beautiful & quaint apartment in excellent location

Great central position. Easy to navigate entry with clear instructions from owner. Some lovely welcoming touches left for us (dinner table set etc). Good for self catering & very quiet & relaxing. Wonderful to have laundry facilities.

No real complaints.....couldn't work out how to operate TV but not an issue.

Very nice apartment. Well decorated in a very good location. Check in was easy. It was clean and no issues at all. Towels could be a bit softer.

Cosy convenient apartment once we gained access.

We had breakfast in the cafe next door! Very comfy, well equipped apartment in a very good location

I phoned the number when I arrived and heard only a message which I could not understand as my French is limited. The person in the cafe next door was able to make contact for us and we received the code. I couldn't get access the the wifi at all as the router indicated did not come up on my search. I could not access the TV at all, no instructions and not intuitive.

Fabulously fantastic.

The location is great; very close to the center of town but still away from the busy part. The apartment had much more than I needed. Maybe I should have asked the great restaurant next door for dinner to take back to the place 😀. Parking is basically behind the location and it is free. The instructions from the host were perfect and timely.

The birds in the tree messing up my car. But it gave shade - the tree. 😂

The apartment is at the back of the house and is very quiet. We had a good stay in Beaune and we had a very good night sleep in a very comfortable bed. We can really recommend this place.

There are a bit too many decorative items in the apartment, which makes it nice but less practical.

Comfortable apartment in great location

The location was fantastic - less than 5 minutes towards Beaune are two superb Boulangeries. In the other direction from the apartment and less than a minute's walk is a brilliant restaurant - you must book and it is well worth it. Great access to Beaune itself, all amenities within walking distance.

home away from home! excellent!

convenience to attraction and restaurants. plus it’s near bus routes to Dijon which we paid only €1.50 one way covering the most beautiful wine routes. host was generous and responsive and considered small detials that made it fees like home. she provided little comfort like cotton pad cotton buds and even air freshener for the toilet. Altho the outside and courtyard of property looks run down, the inside is a total transformation. feels like home.

bed and sofa can be firmer. it sank in the middle. not good to sit for too long. French door is difficult to open without prior knowledge

what a beautiful place! decorated with taste and just a few meters from a public parking. walking distance from everything, a supermarket just 100 meters away. the owner is really nice and helpful, with lots of attention to details and makes sure that your stay is comfortable. thank you for the local gift which was greatly appreciated. we will be back!

Perfect place for some few days in Beaune and the surroundings for a couple. Walking distance to everything in Beaune. Free parking next door ! Beautifully and tastefully decorated 1-bedroom apartment, fully equipped with a mini-stovetop. Quiet, very convenient location with free parking around the corner. Because it is on an internal court in a down-town apartment, it is not very bright or airy, but what do you want? You are walking distance from the Hospices de Beaune!

It was slightly damp is all, but I imagine all of Beaune is the same.

Très bon séjour et nous recommandons vivement Le Petit St Nicolas !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le très bon confort et le calme de l'appartement. Sa situation en centre ville permet une très facile visite à pied de Beaune. La proximité des commerces et notamment des restaurants (dont le très recommandable "La Ciboulette" à trente mètres !) est un plus très appréciable.

Un petit bémol concernant l'équipement de l'appartement : il manque un porte-manteau à l'entrée et un support pour poser les bagages qui aurait parfaitement sa place sous l'immense TV....

Au fond d’une cour très sombre Le code pour la clef a été envoyé très tard, bien après l’heure de checking Pas de chauffage. Nous avons eu très froid la nuit (sommes arrivés sous la pluie à 11 degrés) Beaucoup de parfum d’ambiance (différents) dans le studio, ce qui est très entêtant

J'ai été très bien

Posizione a due passi dalle attrazioni principali. Lascio recensioni solo se mi trovo bene: la struttura era nuova e pulita, il bagno tutto in una stanza, molto molto molto gradita la macchina per il caffè a capsule. Ho apprezzato che non chiedessero di buttare l'immondizia come in un altro caso, la biancheria era pulita e personalmente non ho avuto problemi con la camera da letto senza finestra. Vicino si trovano locali e negozi per cibo e bibite. La delicatezza di far trovare dell'acqua fresca in frigo non la scorderò. 💜

Non ho avuto problemi per trovare posto nel parcheggio gratuito a breve distanza, ma è un parcheggio pubblico, quindi si può anche rimanere senza perché tutto occupato.
