Clean and comfortable family apartment. Close to the centre of Baune and the park. Nice little terrace.
The apartment is clean but some dust on the floor and some spiders can be found.

Very easy check-in process and a great location, just a short walk from the beautiful town of Beaune. The property was well equipped, and the parking was especially convenient for those travelling by car.
The property could benefit from a little TLC. There was a noticeable smell in the kitchen area, and overall the apartment felt a bit tired and not as clean as it could have been. Noise from the upstairs neighbours also travelled quite easily, which made it difficult to fully relax at times.

La propreté et l emplacement. L appartement est spacieux.
Il.n y a pas d isolation avec l appart du dessus . On entend tout . Donc la.nuit pas du tout reposante.
