Terrific value, bonus points for little garden outside, and friendly host!

Just a short walk from the city center, with a cozy little garden just outside where we could sit in the sunshine. Huge value, comfortable, offered everything we needed for our stay.

Bed was a little uncomfortable -- but at this low price point, not a huge problem.

Alles in allem in Ordnung, wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht unwohl gefühlt.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bei dieser Wohnung in Ordnung. Die Größe reicht vollkommen aus, die Lage ist gut. mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in drei Minuten in der Innenstadt. Dass die Wohnung an einer tagsüber belebten Straße liegt, was eine gewisse Lautstärke zur Folge hat, war für uns kein Nachteil, denn tagsüber waren wir kaum in der Wohnung, und am Abend sowie nachts ist es dort recht ruhig, man kann problemlos bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Und man findet einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Auch die Fahrräder kann man gut im Hof abstellen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, die Matratze ist recht gut, wir haben gut geschlafen. Und es gibt Nachttischlampen, die hell genug sind, dass man im Bett lesen kann. Das WLAn ist gut. Wir haben nicht gekocht, sodass ich zur Küchenausstattung nichts sagen kann.

Die Wohnung ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen, dieser negative Eindruck wäre mit einem geringen Pflegeaufwand deutlich abzumildern. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche wackelt, der Ventilator im Bad, in dem sich auch die Toilette befindet, ist defekt, sodass die Gerüche ins Zimmer ziehen, und im Bad gibt es keinen Platz, wo man wenigstens die wichtigsten Utensilien abstellen könnte, was leicht zu ändern wäre. So wirkt die Wohnung alles in allem ein bisschen ungepflegt, und sie war nicht sehr sauber geputzt.
