The location is not too bad, a nice 10-15mns walk from the center of Beaune, with a supermarket within 5mns away from there, with anything you need.
Though the train station is on the other side of Beaune, you'd most probably need an Uber or a cab to get there (very easy to get for 10-15€).
Few parking spots right front of the accommodation in case you're driving.
The walls are super thin and you can hear everything next door, so if you have some neighbours with kids that run everywhere and talk out loud...good luck...it was our case and it was a bit annoying, but the 2nd night we had nobody next door and felt super good.
Your stay will all depend on how respectful your neighbours will be.
Also there is a portable fan, no AC.
All in all, Romuald was super helpful, always available, good location, spacious enough for 2 people....I would go back and recommend this place for sure.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist gut.
Wenn .., dann....Sätze schätze ich bei der Aufforderung zur Bewertung vom Inhaber nicht. Die Lokalität bekommt keine 5 Sterne. Das Entrée war nicht einladend.
