Outstanding apartment in the center of the Cote d’Or.

Great location, outstanding apartment with much attention to detain in the design and outfitting. This was our second and hopefully not our last visit here. The proprietor was attentive and responsive. Lovely place to base an exploration of the Côte d’Or.

Well…the spiral stairs are getting more difficult to manage as we move into our 70’s, mais c’est pas grave.

The location was perfect - right in the city center, and the place was very clean and well-managed. The host was helpful and it was easy to collect the keys.

I wasn't prepared for the several flights of stairs to climb - but it was manageable.

Great apartment in heart of Beaune

The location is perfect for stepping out and exploring Beaune. Pierre-Antoine was the perfect host, welcomed us and gave some good suggestions of places to visit, then left us to our holiday. It was a lovely clean apartment with everything we needed, wish we could have stayed longer.

The privacy film on the bathroom window does not extend the full width of the window. So the addition of a blind would be welcome.

Modern and spacious apartment with excellent amenities in the heart of the old town.

The host told us where we could park for free, and then met us and showed us the apartment. We loved the spaciousness, the modern renovations, large bathroom, bistro table, and all the amenities. The location was superb, 2-5 min walk to the main square, bakery, shops, etc

We arrived at the tail end of a heatwave. The bedroom had 2 fans which helped nicely. A dedicated A/C unit would be a bonus during those really warm evenings.

Perfect base for a cycling holiday, wonderful apartment, great location, beautiful city.

Apartment was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and had high quality appliances. Location was perfect - really close to everything; Hopital de Dieu, restaurants, wine tasting places, delicatessens, supermarkets and a fabulous little bar, 'Mister Brown'. The little entrance courtyard below was a safe place to store our hired bicycles.

Everything was perfect. The host, Pierre-Antoine was very welcoming and helpful and made himself accessible in case of any problems - there were no problems at all! Thank you.

A wonderful stay in a very comfortable, spacious apartment in the heart of Beaune.

Very well equipped for all of our needs. The air conditioning was very welcome and although it is only in the lounge, the bedroom was cool enough to sleep comfortably. Pierre-Antoine was very easy to communicate with as well as responsive. The wee plenty of brochures and information to help us make the most of the property and our two days in Beaune. The location was fabulous, just inside the Old Town ramparts.

Nil! It is a fantastic property but be aware of the narrow spiral staircase up two floors to reach the apt.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Beaune

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my visit to Beaune! This holiday apartment is a true gem. Impeccably clean and ideally located in the very heart of town. From the moment l arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment itself is spacious, tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of charm and modern comfort and equipped with everything you could possibly need. What truly sets this place apart is its unbeatable location, just steps from the historic Hospices de Beaune, Saturday Market, local cafés, bakeries, wine bars, and charming boutiques. Everything was within walking distance, yet the apartment was peaceful and quiet—ideal for a restful night’s sleep. The owner Pierre-Antoine was warm, welcoming and provided assistance on a couple of occasions without hesitation. I would love to return. 5 stars without hesitation!

Excelent location, only steps from good restaurants and the hospice, the mustard factory and the bike rental to ride the vineyard trail. Comfortable apartment with all things you need and very nicely decorated too. Pierre was friendly, very helpful and has a lot of additional written information and catalogs to help tourists.

Pleasant stay in well-equipped and beautifully-designed flat.

I appreciated Pierre-Antoine's placing milk in the frig, for my tea and at my request.

The floor needed a better mopping before my arrival. And the kitchen would benefit from a teapot - for tea-drinkers like me.

Perfect little apartment in an excellent location. It was recently remodeled by the owner himself, and he thought of every detail to make it a modern, comfortable place to stay. We found free parking a short walk away. Excellent restaurants and wineries nearby.

hot and noisy

location is great and decor is cute but overall would not return - the air conditioning did not work effectively- and was super hot in bedroom. it also beeped - 8 consecutive beeps throughout the night. we could not get the washing machine to work either. bed was not comfortable.

lack of effective air conditioning - that was a temporary air conditioner that beeped throughout the evening and 3rd floor - 2 tight steep stairs.

A lovely stay ina charming town.

Pierre Antoine met us at the door and explained keys, etc. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The apt is charming, very well equipped, and very, very close to the town center with a multitude of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The outdoor market was on Saturday and was one of the best ever! We had a lovely 2 day stay and not only would we recommend this apartment, but would stay there again if ever we return to the charming town of Beaune.

There is a long set of stairs and could be difficult for someone with physical issues.

Pierre-Antoine is an exceptional host who has an amazing eye for details. Everything about the accommodation was comfortable and well designed, with a lot of additional features I simply didn't expect like an audio-system which connected to my mobile phone. The location is central and easy to find.

This apartment is an exceptional property and contributed to a wonderful stay in Beaune.

The apartment reflects beautifully the architecture of Beaune and the interior design reflects a thoughtful, creative person. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen/bath were very well appointed for cooking and living. The apartment was sparkling clean as if it had never been used. The location could not be better for exploring the old city, tasting wine and eating in great restaurants. The host provided tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, converters and other thoughtful, useful basics. There was also a 'user manual' with important information.

Everything was exceptional, however, access to the apartment was up two flights of a narrow spiral staircase, which might be problematic for people with physical limitations. Also, we find that very few apartments provide a good chef knife, which would be so useful in cooking.

Beautiful central apartment

We liked everything! The kitchen is very well equipped …even had coffee, tea and oil and vinegar in the cupboard. Lovely decor, obviously recently renovated. Beautiful bathroom and great shower. Bedroom comfortable and lots of places for clothing . Great location in the centre of Beaune. Good to reserve popular restaurants as they fill up. Few non-French tourists but everything available for fully vaccinated people ( we showed proof of vaccines from Canada and that worked fine)

Great base in Beaune

Wonderfully clean and well equipped apartment; We found it to be more cosy than it looked on the photos and once we arrived wished we had booked it for longer (esp. also as Beaune has enough to offer for a multi-night stay). Friendly host who looks after the place well and provided excellent recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the city. Free parking close by. Excellent shower.

The staircase is a bit of a challenge when arriving with large luggage, and the beds in France tend to be smaller than we're used to, but don't let that deter you. Can recommend without hesitation and we would consider staying here again when in Beaune.
