2 Bedroom apartment in the historic center! (New full air con installed in 2024)

Very spacious and well appointed apartment very close to the center of town. Benjamin was very responsive to all our inquiries.

Immaculate newly restored flat in the center of town. The manager was so helpful. The linens and beds were extremely comfortable. An absolute gem!

We were there from 06/26 to 07/01/24. This 2-bedroom unit was immaculate and very convenient to everything in Beaune. It also comes with very convenient parking around the corner in a parking garage. The host was super thoughtful. He gave us a tour of the property and patiently walked us to the nearby parking garage to ensure that we would not get confused. 5 stars if you are looking for a place to stay in Beaune.

Excellent location at walking distance to centre village, cathedral and Beaune Hospice. Easy check in and check out. The exterior looks ugly the interior is excellent. Very spacious apartment, beautiful, well equipped and clean. Excellent and ample kitchen. 2 big bedrooms with complete bathrooms. spacios living room. It has air conditioning in all rooms. Washer and drier.

Excellent overall experience Internet . WiFi is poor .

POC was out of town, but we were able to figure out how to access with clues given us. Nice, charming, restored apartment across the street from Louis La Tour. Garage access was essential. Superb location. Twin beds in 2nd bedroom a little small for large American and no closet or luggage rack. Great showers/pressure. Kitchen with 2 refrigerators/freezer , full complement of cookware/utensil, wine glasses. I would stay there again!

Perfect for 4 persons, pictures don’t do this place justice it is huge and has what you need for a comfortable stay in Beaune. Host was great at communication and would stay again

Great apartment close to everything

What a wonderful apartment in an amazing historic section of Beaune. We have stayed in Beaune several times and this apartment was better than any - a 5 Star Plus! The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the instructions for the apartment were very useful. The parking space was an added bonus! The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and modern, the showers were great and the kitchen was very well stocked and spacious! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Beaune.

Our stay in this apartment was enjoyable. The location is super convenient to the Beaune city center. The apt. was no frills yet clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and friendly. I recommend this for a group of 4 adults who are out and about during the day and want a simple place to relax and sleep.

We had a comfortable stay at this unit, it is spacious . It is ground level and easy access. however if you want to open up the windows, no privacy The master bedroom is comfortable. It worked for us while we were at a cooking class - easy to get to all restaurants.! thank you!

Beautifully renovated apartment in old town Beaune. Very spacious and well stocked. We enjoyed the huge kitchen, the stone and wood floors, large windows and main floor location on a quiet side street. Our host, Benjamin, was very helpful with our arrival and showed us to the parking garage. (Parking was included in our fee, which was appreciated.) We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment!

This is a beautiful apartment in the center city of Beaune that is close to everything and the apartment decor blends old world charm with modern amenities. The apartment is spacious and tastefully updated. It is truly a beautiful apartment and I can’t wait to return. There are numerous patisseries within a 2 minute walk and numerous restaurants equally close at hand. The unit is fully furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. A large wine refrigerator is a real plus after visiting a few tasting rooms. Benjamin our host is fabulous. He is very friendly, attentive and most helpful. There is free off street parking near the unit that is very easy to use.

This place is amazing!! Lovely spacious apartment with every imaginable amenity. The apartment appeared to be brand new - certainly newly renovated. The location is in the old section of Beaune and walking distance to everything. Dominique was an exceptional hostess, and we would love to be repeat customers next time we are in France.

The apartment was lovely and central to everything in Beaune. Benjamin was very flexible with the check-in time and gave us a history of the building and the renovation. The apartment was spacious and well-stocked. It was a bonus that a near-by parking spot was also included. I highly suggest renting this apartment if you are in Beaune.

Walkable to everything in town. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Location COULDN’T have been better. Was a little nervous about access to VRBO. I email 6 weeks before our trip about local tours, didn’t receive response until about two weeks before we would be there. Emailed about leaving luggage upon arrival has entry time was open, didn’t return email however he met us at location upon arrival. Same was true of departure. WOULDN’T deter me from renting again.

Thank you Benjamin for allowing us to stay at your home in Beaune. The unit is awesome - beautiful high ceilings, a fully remodeled space with modern kitchen and bathrooms, excellent decor. We loved staying so close to the center of town - I can’t imagine a better location. Benjamin provided a hands-on welcome and was helpful in every regard. Beaune is a wonderful vibrant town to visit for an extended period. We would be delighted to return and to stay here again. Merci beaucoup Benjamin!

I read ALL the reviews before I booked. Several had said the location was good, however in our experience the location was not just good it was excellent, we couldn’t have been more lucky. Anything and everything you could have wanted was minutes away by foot. Excellent boulangers and patisserie, cafés and brassiere, Michelin restaurants, wine shops and coffee, clothes, jewelry and antique shopping all around and several historic sights. The neighborhood was safe, we walked as late as 12:00 and we felt very safe. There were people out enjoying late night dinner and wine….so picturesque with the vibe you hoped you’d find on your vacation to France. Benjamin, our host was fantastic! He gave us a brief chat of the city and where to get what. His dining and wine tasting recommendations were spot on. His gite was elegant yet rustic and immaculate. The architecture mixed with his very thoughtful renovations made the space absolutely magical. Next time we’ll bring the family, rent one or two additional apartments and stay much longer. Final note, Benjamin had a great parking garage very nearby. The bathrooms and showers were sparkling and well fitted. The kitchen was fully stocked and the washer/dryer up leveled our whole experience. Generally I just hope to find the location I booked is as good as I expected. This time, everything was much MUCH better than we expected!!! Thank you Benjamin for a perfect visit to Beaune. We’ll be back.

Beautiful courtyard property, tucked away down a quiet street. We will definitely try and stay here if we return to Beaune
