Overall a disappointing experience. Poor service quality, subpar cleaning and facilities. We spent 3 days as a family an

Relatively new building and due to this modern facilities.

We had only one toilet paper roll for a 3-night stay. No baby beds even though we ordered them in advance. No soap in the shower, The owner wanted to charfe us for the garage parking even though we couldn’t use it given that the car keys didn’t have batteries. Apartment was cleaned up to the bare minimum. We found remains of cole bottles from what we assume were the previous guests. Overall not up to the standards that the price would suggest.

Superb

The apartment had everything we needed for our 20-month-year-old including a crib, high-chair and bath. Rooms were nice and sunny and the internet connection was good. There is a playground for small children right next to the apartment block and one can enjoy the view from the balcony.

Everything. Spacious, clean, comfortable, modern. Convenient part of the city with nearby stores. Very good contact with the property manager. Garage available. Without garage it would be a challenge to park outside but with a bit of luck and patience it would still be possible.

Nie podobało mi się absolutnie nic. Obsługa kobieta była od początku chamska. Same apartamenty były bardzo brudne, śmierdziało zgnilizną, a potem po 4 dniach oskarżyła mnie o kradzież! Twierdząc, że niby wyniosłam aparat w kieszeni. To zwykłe oszustwo i chcą tylko wyłudzić pieniądze. Zdecydowanie nie polecam!

Att jag fick fel kod till nyckelskåpet, inte så kul kl 00:30 samt att låset på ytterdörren var sjukt dåligt, tog mig 20 minuter att öppna.

ziemlich viel schief gelaufen

Wir sind etwas früher als erwartet vor dem Haus angekommen. Wir hatten keinerlei Zugangsdaten ( Pincodes oder so) Deshalb haben wir telefonisch Kontakt mit der Vermieterin aufgenommen, die uns am Handy sagte, daß sie zu uns kommen würde. Wir haben 2 Std gewartet und uns dann ein Hotel gebucht. Keine 10 Min nachdem wir zum Hotel gefahren sind,kam eine Mail mit den Zugangspins.....für uns zu spät und sehr ärgerlich. Außerdem hat die Vermieterin dann (als wir weg waren) mehrmals angefragt, ob wir einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz haben wollten. Sie hätte uns also ohne weiteres informieren können, daß sie so spät erscheinen würde.

Zarezerwowałam apartament ten z tego ogłoszenia z niebieskimi dodatkami . Nazwa exclusive w mniemaniu każdego dobrze rozumiejącego człowieka to komfort oraz czystość. Po uprzedniej rozmowie tuż przed przyjazdem pani właścicielka zadzwoniła poinformować że ten który zarezerwowalam apartament jest niedostępny i udostepnila nam większy metrażowo i uwaga o takim samym standardzie jak ten z docelowego ogłoszenia . Była nas 3 dorosłych oraz 5 dzieci był to wyjazd bardziej służbowy ale chcieliśmy mieć udogodnienia dla pociech również. Począwszy od tragicznej lokalizacji. Dojazd okropny ,nawigacja miała problem z pokazaniem punktu docelowego ze względu na remont torów . Parking tragedia . Większym autem nie było szans by znaleźć miejsce parkingowe . Odnośnie podmienionego apartamentu tu dopiero zaczyna się wyższa filozofia. Przestrzeń na plus i to by było na tyle plusów . Balkony usyfione . Brudne szyby ,okna ,toaleta jakby przejechana tylko szmata . Brak środków chemicznych - zakupiliśmy swoje . W salonie kanapy dwie po prostu katastrofa. Jedna bez bocznych podparć - wyglądało na wyłamane ,podczas rozkładania jedna była uszkodzona ale chyba większym szokiem było konfetti w środku. Do zmywarki zostały zostawione tylko dwie kapsułki gdzie przy takiej ilości osób na dwie noce to trochę kiepski pomysł. Po exclusive ani śladu w tym wypadku. Jesli człowiek płaci za odrobinę luksusu w tym wypadku to była udręka to wymaga chociaż czystości. Pomine fakt że gdybym wiedziała że ten standard tak wygląda nie zgodziłabym się na zamianę . Zresztą jeśli ktoś rezerwuje dom i pani dzwoni że może zaoferować mieszkanie ale w standardzie domu to też trochę słabe bo pani to zrobiła gdy byliśmy 3 h przed Szczecinem . Osobiście czujemy niesmak Szczecina i nigdy nie skorzystamy już z exclusive apartamentów . 😒

Krótki pobyt, bez żadnych problemów

Dostaliśmy większy apartament, który był niezwykle wygodny. Przyjechaliśmy dość późno, bo około 22-23, ale nadal mieliśmy świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Żadnych problemów z zakwaterowaniem z pieskiem. Bezkontaktowe przekazanie kluczy to dla mnie plus. Apartament bardzo duży i elegancki - starsi rodzice byli zachwyceni, podziwiali wszystkie szafy i zakamarki, co było dość słodkie. No i najważniejsze, tata, który chodzi o kulach, nie miał żadnego problemu z poruszaniem się - winda zabrała nas z garażu pod same drzwi apartamentu. Muszę przyznać, że pomimo problemów z mojej strony z komunikacją (okazało się, że mam zły numer telefonu) udało nam się wszystko rozwiązać i podbyt przebiegł nam bardzo przyjemnie.

Tak na prawdę, to wszystko było w porządku. Jedynie mieliśmy problem ze znalezieniem klucza do garażu, znalezieniem samego zjazdu do garażu i zmieszczeniem się w garażu. Ale uważam, że wzięcie dodatkowo miejsca parkingowego było najlepszą opcją patrząc na parking zewnętrzny zapchany do milimetra. Podsumowując, nie widzę nic do zmiany, jedynie można byłoby lepiej przekazać informacje o parkingu.
