If I stay in Szczecin again I would choose these apartments without doubt

A very spacious,warm apartment close to the city centre.Plenty of food and drink options in the area.An excellent,non rowdy bar across the road (Relanium Pub) for late night drinks after restaurant meals out

View from the balcony is not the best unless you like looking at bins with seagulls in them,car parks and other peoples apartments although it didn't spoil our enjoyment.Front view from the bedrooms of the street below was better!!

Location is great, facilities in the area easy to reach. Very central location. Easy to get in and get out. Grocery story downstrairs is very convenient. Well equipped apartment also for a longer stay.

The apartment 10 is on the side of the busy street so it gets noisy at night (weekend). It's obvious the some guests were smoking inside because it there a faint tabacco smell in the house.

The staff is so nice and kind. I left my gps tractor in the apartment, they try best to send it back to me. Moreover, the apartment is very excellent, well decorated and equipped.

Es war in Ordnung aber ein Aufenthalt am Wochenende würde ich es wegen dem Lärm nicht empfählen.

Das Mobiliar ist leider ziemlich beschädigt. Aud den ersten Blick sieht alles gut aus, aber die Türe an den Schränken wackeln. Der zugewiesene Parkplatz war leider sehr klein und einparken war sehr schwierig (nur Rückwärts möglich). In der Nacht vom Freitag auf den Samstag haben wir kein Auge zugemacht. Sehr laut. Es gibt woll ein Club in der Nähe das erst um 5 Uhr morgens die Musik abgestellt hat. Wir haben für 3 Personen gebucht, leider war nur ein Bett vorbereitet.

Große Wohnung in toller Lage, Einrichtung könnte mal neu gemacht werden,

- die Lage, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar - die Größe und Sauberkeit des Badezimmers - die Küche - insgesamt die Größe der Wohnung - Verdunklungsvorhänge in den Schlafzimmern

Ein paar Dinge müssten mal wieder neu gemacht oder ersetzt werden: zB Heizungsregler in einem Schlafzimmer war abgebrochen, die Rollos im Wohnzimmer gehen nicht auf, sodass man nur rausgucken kann, wenn man die Balkontür aufmacht. Durch die Zeitumstellung, die zufällig auf unseren Abreisetag fiel, hat sich der Code zu früh umgestellt und wir standen beim Runterbringen des Gepäcks plötzlich oben vor verschlossener Tür. Die in den Email Kontakten angegebene Nummer war nicht zu erreichen, auf unsere Nachrichten per WhatsApp und über das Formular wurde nicht reagiert. Das sollte dringend überarbeitet werden! Zum Glück konnten wir im Internet auf der Seite des Anbieters eine andere Telefonnummer finden, bei der uns dann schnell geholfen wurde.

Lage gut. 2 Pärchen. Betten bequem.

Sehr lieblos. Schlüssel ein Drama. Ohne Garagenschlüssel kamen wir nicht raus...der sollte aber in der Unterkunft wieder hinterlegt werden. 3 Kaffeepats bei 4 Personen. 1 kleines Handtuch für alle vier. Salzstreuer leer. Decke in den Schlafzimmer klein. Eine Decke pro Bett. Zahnputzbecker eklig. Haare und Dreck. Geschirrspüler kann nicht richtig geöffnet werden. Kam uns entgegen. Küche abgewohnt. Gott sei Dank nur eine Nacht.

In Teilen reparaturbedürftig. Spülmaschine nicht fest eingebaut. Schimmel über der Tür vom Balkon. Türklinke im Bad defekt.
