Skrajnie niepoważne traktowanie klientów

After arrival, we were informed, hotel is not enough occupied to be open. Owner hasn't plan to warm rooms if hotel is not full. We were asked to find another hotel. Reservation was made two hour before arrival. After refusal our stay, I check again and I discovered, there are still rooms available on booking.com. It means another travellers can make reservation and arrive to closed hotel.

It was a little weird.

Quiet location. Excellent bed! Very comfortable. Good breakfast. Nice host. Private parking.

The building used to be a clinique or sanatorium or something; hospital rooms, although with private bathroom. Pretty old building. You hear every move in the other rooms, with echo. Seemed... almost abandoned... probably because of the pandemy.

Ciekawe i przyjemne miejsce

Obiekt w dobrej cenie i lokalizacji. Właścicielka przemiła, bardzo otwarta i pomocna. Był to ciekawy pobyt ponieważ budynek wyglądał z zewnątrz w środku jak z dawnych lat, ale było to przyjemne doświadczenie.

Mogłoby być troszkę cieplej w pokoju ale nie było źle.

W obiekcie jest wilgoć, zimno, brudno. Załączamy zdjęcia, aby pokazać tylko niektóre defekty. A na śniadanie został nam zaserwowany żółty ser z pleśnią.... Tym obiektem powinien zainteresować się Sanepid. My to przeżyliśmy, ale ku przestrodze dla innych - omijajcie to miejsce.

Małe poduszki - spaliśmy bez komfortu. Czystość - mimo, że Pani próbowała posprzątać , cały obiekt wymaga remontu. Śniadanie - bardzo dziękuję właścicielce za staranność, ale odnalezione włosy w podawanym jedzeniu - to już , sorry, przesada!!!

Śniadanie skromne ale można się najeść, podano produkty raczej w odliczonych ilościach

Łazienka fatalna, prysznic zapuszczony, woda ledwo leciała, klapa do WC ledwo się trzymała, weranda wspólna okropnie brudna a otoczenie domu też zaniedbane

Pobyt bardzo udany. Polecam na kilkudniowy wyjazd z rodziną. Parking na terenie posesji.

Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Śniadania - szwedzki stół. Warunki jak na zdjęciach. Polecam jako bazę wypadową do aktywnego zwiedzania Szczecina - blisko najważniejszych obiektów. Dzielnica przepiękna, zabytkowe wille. Cisza, spokój.

bemühte Gastgeberin; dreckig.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und absolut bemüht. Das Haus war eine alte Villa, die hätte Charme ausstrahlen können. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig im Angebot. Es gab eine große überdachte Außensitzgelegenheit, dort standen auch Wäscheständer zur Verfügung. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Die Lage ist vollkommen in Ordnung; mit fünf Minuten Gehweg ist die Tram gut zu erreichen, die häufig fährt und einen für 3 Zloty in die Innenstadt bringt.

Die Unterkunft war durchaus günstig. Die absolut bemühte und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin versuchte, es allen Gästen recht zu machen. Vielleicht sollte sie dennoch den Preis etwas erhöhen und die zusätzlichen Einnahmen in Reinigungspersonal investieren. Leider sind die Wasserleitungen auch so alt, dass es nicht immer sicher gestellt ist, dass auch Wasser aus Dusche oder Wasserhahn ausreichend fließt. Ich wünsche der netten Dame, dass sie vielleicht jemanden findet, der sie gut berät, der durchaus vorhandenen Substanz des Hauses mit einfachen Mitteln den Charme zu verleihen, den es ausstrahlen könnte.

Bardzo miła Pani Właściciel i to chyba jedyny plus w tym hotelu.

Zimno, strasznie zimno. W łazience brak grzejnika, łazienka najzimniejsze miejsce. Drugim bardzo zimnym miejscem była kuchnia, strasznie zmarzłem jedząc śniadanie.
