Terrible, I would never return

Size and location

It was in horrendous stage: garbage still full. Dishwasher full of food leftovers, fungus in the bathroom, couch that was serving as an additional bed, falling apart, with the metal strings coming out of the construction. Couch and chairs in the leaving room were dirty. I was promised 20% refund. Never seen it

Bad

Nothing, awful experience, I was charged 563 euros extra for supposedly loud music. Music was played from the cell phone, how loud it could be? Unreal awful how is this even legal? I need help from you guys.

Standards of cleanliness and quality were not premium.

Collecting the keys and the way the rent is organised is good and meets the industry standard. The owner was available which was helpful. No issues here. Although - the information could be provided in full but still, thee owner was available. The location was good, many shops around.

Cleanliness was the main disappointment. The floor was not washed for a long period of time. Not sure if the properties are inspected, this could be fairly easy to pick on. The dishes, mugs and spoons - we found some of them used (or looking like used) so we washed them. We also bought cleaning spray to ensure the toilet and sinks are properly cleaned. Suggestion, if the business has "premium" in the title, then rusty kettle is a big "no". It is a negligence and can cast a shadow on every other good aspect of the property.

Very good

Well, I booked this apartment for my wife visiting the city and she had very interesting experience with this property. First of all, the day she had to check out she received a note from super-friendly host that she is not gonna check-in in this apartment but will be placed in Silesia Aparthotel due to some water system issues. Luckily it was fixed during 1 day and she was able to stay in this spacious room. She liked that the apartment was cleaned, location was good, and balcony with the view.

No self check in this is the point that has some room for improvement. Need to wait for a somebody assigned by the host to hand over the key . Amenities could be better in the apartment and basic things for laundry. Apartments in Japan which are rented out for this money typically have everything - here had to look for bathroom amenities, washing detergent, toilet papers :) Probably people in Asia are more picky in terms of these things , and people in Poland bring everything what they need with themselves.

Yoz have to prepare it, but you get juice, eggs, ham, bread, tomatos, paprika, cheese, coffe, youghurts... more than you can eat.

Nothing, it was really very nice and good. The only thing, location is nothing special and you see Lidl from the window.

The host very friendly and helpful. Apartment finished to a very high standard and definitely worth its price! Nothing was too much trouble even us arriving at the late evening.

Dużo miejsca. Piękny widok z okna. Dwie sypialnie w tym jedna z dodatkowym łóżkiem.

Dodakowe łóżko w sypialni i kanapa w dużym pokoju skrajnie zużyte. Wręcz rozpadające się. Wersalka, aby się nie rozjechać z funkcji siedzenia do spania, musi być podparta o grzejnik. Obszycia noszące ślady bytności wielu gości. Łazienka połączona z toaletą, co przy 6 osobach wydłuża poranne mycie.

Oburzające. Rano zadzwoniłam uprzedzając o której godzinie odbiorę klucze, oraz z informacją że do określonej godziny jestem na warsztatach i będzie brak możliwości połączenia ze mną. No i w wielkim skrócie, w trakcie warsztatów wysyłali mi smsy, nie mogłam ich odebrać (warsztaty taneczne), zanim się skończyły odrzucili moją rezerwację. Nie polecam! Ja umiałam rano zadzwonić i uprzedzić, oni nie poczekali aż skończę moje warsztaty, aby wyjaśnić problem.

Wystrój ładny, możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania

Zdjęcia na booking są sprzed 10 lat. Od wejścia zapach brudnej szmaty, średnio czysto, kanapa najlepsze lata ma za sobą, w łazience rozbite lustro i smród z kanalizacji nie do zniesienia. Brak kosmetyków, kapsułek do ekspresu. Ogólne wrażenie brudu. Kołdra malutka a poduszki płaskie. Pilotów do tv nie odważyłam się ruszyć.

Großes Apartment mit Mega-Aussicht – aber dringend renovierungsbedürftig!

Das Apartment liegt wirklich super zentral – mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür und einer mega Aussicht! Die Lage ist top und bietet viel Komfort im Alltag.

Leider ist die Ausstattung völlig unzureichend für eine Ferienwohnung. Es gab keine Spülmaschinentabs, keine Küchenrolle, kein Geschirrtuch, keine Reinigungsmittel und keinen Staubsauger. Viele Dinge waren zudem defekt oder stark abgenutzt: die Vorhänge und Kissen verdreckt, das Schlafsofa beschädigt (Metallstäbe ragten heraus), das Sofa im Wohnzimmer eingesackt und an mehreren Stellen offen, und in einem Schlafzimmer war die Matratze durchgebrochen – wirklich katastrophal. Auch die Spülmaschine war teilweise defekt (unterer Korb ließ sich kaum herausziehen) und es fehlten sogar Teelöffel. Wir finden es unangemessen, ein Apartment in diesem Zustand als Ferienwohnung zu vermieten. Aufgrund der vielen Mängel würden wir nicht noch einmal kommen, auch wenn Lage und Aussicht wirklich toll waren.

Okropny zapach papierosów. Jako osoby niepalące mieliśmy z tym ogromny problem. Zapach po papierosach nie zniknął pomimo otartego okna przez dwa dni. Dodatkowo mieszkanie powinno być lepiej posprzątane. Nie wiem co było zabawniejsze, poprzyklejane do kafelek pod prysznicem włosy czy klejące się od brudu piloty tv.

Bardzo ladny aparatament na 10pietrze, lekkie slady uzytkowania widoczne jak odpryski na meblach czy polamane wersalki. Piekny widok z okien, bardzo wygodne łóżka, przestrzenne mieszkanie :) Winda

Bardzo nadgorliwi sąsiedzi. Po poinformowaniu nas ze sąsiadam przeszkadza głośna muzyka, po kolejnym przyciszeniu jej do prawie minimum. Okazuje sie ze rozmowy są rowniez przeszkadzajace :) Uwaga, wlasciciele chetnie pobieraja oplaty za "zagluszanie ciszy nocnej" Iz bedac w apartamencie nalezy zachowac grobową cisze.

Schöne Wohnung mit Macken 🫶

Die Größe war super und die Lage . In die Stadt 25 min und nebenan ist direkt ein Lidl . Insgesamt bis auf Kleinigkeiten eine schöne Wohnung

Die Schlafcouch war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben die ausziehen müssen da zwei Leute drauf geschlafen haben die war komplett auseinander gepflückt und auch durch gelegen . Die müsste unbedingt getauscht werden. Ein Staubsauger oder ein Besen mit Kehrschaufel wäre auch gut.

Mieszkanie bardzo zaniedbane, pierwsze wrażenie ok lecz jak zaczniemy przyglądać się detalom… masakra. Śrut w ścianie, braki listw przy podłogowych, drzwi od łazienki niemalże wyrwane z futryny. Wyposażenie kuchni to jakaś kpina, można co najwyżej ugotować pierogi albo pizzę w piekarniku- niezbyt czystym. Łóżko TRAGEDIA!!!! Drodzy właściciele, wymieńcie ten materac jeśli choć trochę szanujecie swoich gości. Mogłabym napisać jeszcze więcej, ale mi się nie chce. Drugi pobyt i z pewnością ostatni.

Pobyt pozytywny, kontakt z gospodarzem na plus. Pokój był pomylony bo inny rezerwowałem ale mogłem być dłużej następnego

Całkiem w porządku na krótki pobyt

Mieszkanie schludne w nowszym bloku. Wyposażona kuchnia. Świeże ręczniki i pościel.

Zapach papierosów w mieszkaniu, niewygodne łóżko, porozłączany telewizor (kable) do których dostęp nie jest taki oczywisty...i brak kontaktu przy zapytaniu o co chodzi...Ogólnie dopiero drugi raz mam taką sytuację że kody dostaję dopiero kiedy podjeżdżam pod apartament i po telefonicznych zapytaniach i to samo przy wyjeździe...Można to inaczej , wcześniej dopracować :)
