Nice new apartment in a beautiful city.

Nice new apartment in a beautiful city. It was equipped with at least 5 sleeping places, a kitchenette with pretty much all the basic kitchen utensils, a balcony and parking space. The WiFi was good. Everything was nice and tidy. There was also a small children playground inside the apartment complex. If you want to go to city centre, the tram stop is just on the corner of the house.

The biggest con was the logistics and parking. It's understandable too, because the place is meant for permanent residents, not for "hotel guests". On our arrival date we got a lot of codes, to the gate, to the door, then there was an extra parking garage key etc. Finding the parking space was quite difficult, there were no signs nowhere where is level -1 and where can we find the correct spot. We had a lot of doubt if there was also the same parking spot number on the other side of the building (because there was also a parking garage there, but as I understood, this was level 0 and not -1, I'm not sure though, not a single piece of information about that). I would advice to make to make this more clear in the future. Maybe take pictures, use maps and point with arrows. To make everything 110% clear.

The apartment is cozy. Clean floor! The child had white socks, and they were clean until the evening.

The furniture is a little tired. The bathroom really needs a shower curtain, because otherwise everything is in the water.

Very nice, renovated apartment. Perfectly described and easy self check-in. All facilities that you need (and more). Free, private parking.

Could be a bit closer to the city center, but a 2km walk is still perfectly acceptable. Public transport options are also available within a 100m walk.

Понравилось абсолютно все, расположение, хозяева очень внимательны, в квартире есть все необходимое (единственное было б еще не плохо иметь одноразовые тапочки, но это не так уж и важно), квартира уютная, хороший ремонт, в хорошем доме. Так же огромный плюс парковка на территории

Sztywniutkie miejsce: czyste i przestronne mieszkanie, wygodny parking, łatwa i jasna komunikacja z właścicielem. W okolicy trochę sklepów i komunikacja publiczna do centrum (alternatywnie, dla nas ok. 15 min spacerem).

Lokalizacja była dla mnie idealna. Szukałem noclegu właśnie w tym rejonie miasta i uważam, że trafiłem w bardzo dobre miejsce. Apartament bardzo przytulny i wyposażony we wszelkie niezbędne rzeczy potrzebne, aby np. samemu móc przyrządzić posiłek. Jako, że podróżowałem autem byłem również zadowolony z miejsca parkingowego.

Lokalizacja pod względem komunikacji względem reszty miasta jest dobra oraz miejsce parkingowe

Obiekt się sypie, to była moja trzecia wizyta w tym miejscu i jest coraz gorzej. Na wstępnie wita nas nie zerwana od nowości ale już wydarta folia na progu od dewelopera, jedno ze świateł w kuchni nie pali się conajmniej od roku, w ramkach w których wiszą obrazki dalej są nie pozrywane folię ze znakami wodnymi po całości. Pilot od telewizora lepi się tak nie wyobrażalnie że można zwymiotować. W szafkach resztki produktów typu jeden saszetka pieprzu z pobliskiej restauracji fastfoodowej. To że jest głośno bo budują się kolejne etapy to jeszcze rzecz jasna ale z końcem prac budowlanych nad głowami jest sąsiad który zachowuje się bardzo głośno albo ściany i sufitu są z kartony w co jestem wstanie uwierzyć patrząc na jakość materiałów wykończenia całego budynku, natomiast teraz doszła jeszcze nowość, któreś z sąsiadów gra na fortepianie/ pianinie. Wisienkę na torcie jest wybity toper materaca tak miękki że równie dobrze lepiej byłoby dość na podłodze. Właścicielka definitywnie powinna odwiedzić miejsce i zobaczyć jak jest zarządzane

Przyjechaliśmy przed rozpoczęciem doby hotelowej, ale po kontakcie z właścicielką mogliśmy do apartamentu wejść wcześniej. Dostaliśmy bardzo jasne wskazówki od wjazdu na parking po odbiór kluczy.
