The Best

The apartment was amazing, very modern and warm , very good communication with owners also was possible get parking space in garage for additional costs but we was very very satisfied, thank u very much!!!

Superb

The apartment is well furnished and the kitchen has all equipment needed. The communication with the tenant was easy going and pleasant.

The sofa might be used as a bad but this is very uncomfortable option.

Clean, spacious and with everything you need. it's also nice that there are some basics like salt, pepper, sugar etc. supermarktets are within a minute drive

Leisure stay

Location on the side of city, but with good communication, and quick access to centre of city. A lot shops around to get anything needed. Everything what we needed for good stay. TV with good choice of programs, big fridge with freezer even, coffee machine, and parking space just in front. Our host Mr Marcin was great. He ajust meeting time to us and was waiting when we arrived. We feeled like in home.

Czysto, ekspres do kawy napełniony po brzegi świeżą bardzo dobrą kawą, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, łazienka(ręczniki, suszarka do włosów). Jest winda. Blisko Biedronka i Lidl.

Bardzo fajna miejscówka, jeśli będę ponownie w Szczecinie zapewne skorzystam. Pozdrawiamy właściciela !

Bardzo dobrze urządzone mieszkanie, czystość, wyposażenie w kuchni, kawa, herbata. Widok z balkonu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Nie spełnione oczekiwania

Niestety nie mogliśmy się wprowadzić do obiektu. Gospodarz poinformował nas, że nie został on zwolniony przez poprzedniego gościa, ktory rzekomo byl pod wpływem alkoholu. Zaproponował nam inny apartament na Bandurskiego 95. Zgodziłam się na to rozwiazanie, gdyż była to wiadomość z ostatniej chwili, a ja podróżowałam z małymi dziećmi, Niestety nie dało się spac we dwójkę z dzieckiem na rozkładanej kanapie, gdyż jedna jej część była uszkodzona i nachylona pod takim kątem, że można się było z niej tylko sturlać na podłogę. Było już po 22:30 i dzieci spały. Nie dzwoniłam już do właściciela i nie żądałam innego mieszkania. Ale była to dla mnie okropne doświadczenie.

Normalny prysznic z deszczownica, bardzo wygodne łóżko , wszelkie sprzęty do codziennego użytku typu pralka zmywarka żelazko, ładny widok, duży telewizor w sypialni
