Blisko przystanek, łatwy dojazd od centrum
Generalnie było brudno, kurz to można było spod łóżka to łopatą wyciągać, razem z chusteczkami po poprzednich lokatorach. Oprócz tego, że ktoś posprzątał dokładnie minimum co trzeba było, to wszędzie indziej było brudno. Mieszkanie jest ogólnie zapuszczone, wymagające przynajmniej odmalowania, poprawienia silikonów i PORZĄDNEGO wysprzątania.
