Perfect place !

Great location! Very quiet and cosy ,but in the middle of everything. Lots of very tasty,nice and inexpensive restaurants and coffeehouses just next door. Park and outdoor free gym 50 meters from apartment. Two huge shopping malls short walk from apartment. Lots of museums, and other attractions are walking distance. Few grocery stores open till midnight around the corner . We had coffee,tea,all kind of spices,cooking oil, even wine in a cooler. dishes,towels,shampoo,soap,hair dryer,everything we needed and more, Beds were very comfortable. We were sad to leave and want to came back soon.

It was a great time

Best in Szczecin Everything was perfect Great coffee, very comfortable bed, location in a center od Old Town, next to many good restaurants, but quiet. We loved sipping wine while sitting on the apartament balcony, enyoing view of many historic buildings,and very nice atmosphere. It was very clean and cozy. Key was in a box next to door, we could leave it there once going outside separate,very convinient. We loved everything.

It’s very spacious and has everything we needed. Very clean and it has an excellent location. The host was friendly and very attentive. If we come back to Stettin we would like to stay here again.

Die Lage, besser geht es nicht und dennoch sehr ruhig, die Ausstattung bis auf die wenigen funktionierenden Steckdosen, sonst ist alles vorhanden

Preislich völlig in Ordnung. Aber kleine Mängel vorhanden.

Die Lage war echt super. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet.

Ein Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden wie angegeben und auch an der Straße kaum zu bekommen. Alles kostenpflichtig. Die Dusche läuft überhaupt nicht ab bei 4 Personen eine Katastrophe. Einige Steckdosen funktionieren gar nicht.

Lokalita v centru města. Restaurace přímo u ubytování. Ubytování jinak celkově dobré, čisté, možnost domácího mazlíčka sebou. Cena vs výkon OK.

Nemožnost bezplatného parkování v okolí ubytování, cena parkování ve všední dny cca 10euro na 4 hodiny. Víkend zdarma v zelené zóně, o ulici dál. Při příjezdu nefunkční plynový kotel na ohřev vody, kamarád naštěstí pracuje jako opravář a tak se postaral o správné nastavení aby vše fungovalo. Obě postele spíše menší, určitě ne 1 velká manželská jak je psáno v popisu.

Lokalizacja to Nowy rynek (bo starego w Szczecinie nie ma) generalnie łatwo z dojazdem wszędzie, dużo atrakcji w zasięgu spacerowym. Serdeczna polecajka.

Pobyt bardzo udany.

Sympatyczna obsługa (przemiła pani!), bardzo dobre położenie, wyposażenie kuchni.

Brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience, brak ściereczki do wycierania naczyń (na wyposażeniu jest co prawda zmywarka, ale czasem, "na szybko" trzeba coś z naczyń wytrzeć; alternatywa - zapas papierowych ręczników kuchennych), brak dywanika przed kabiną prysznica - trzeba było przeznaczyć na to jeden ręcznik, żeby nie wychodzić na zimne płytki. W jednej z sypialni "wyrwane" gniazdko ze ściany. W sumie to drobiazgi, ale doposażenie w te elementy ułatwiałoby pobyt.

Perfekte Lage, alles innerhalb von 1,5 km erreichbar. Von der Promenade bis hin zur Altstadt und Shoppingcenter. Gute Ausstattung in der Wohnung. Netter Kontakt zu der Vermietung. WLAN funktioniert.

Leider ist der Balkon sehr schmutzig. Das Bad riecht unangenehm (Abfluss), Steckdosen defekt und kaputt . Seltsame Schublade im Wohnzimmer.
