the room is very big with everything inside as a studio, and that price is quite affordable

Very poor condition, overheating during warm days
Straight forward self check-in
They trick you with the beautiful pictures where reality is totally different. There was no light in a main hallway and since I arrived late I was not sure how to feel about it especially when I needed to use my phone torch to get the apartment keys from the security box. The apartment is on the sixth floor and it overheats easily. When I was there it was not even that hot (20-23 degrees Celsius) but it was unbearable in the apartment. I therefore kept balcony door fully opened but was disturbed by super loud chirping noise from birds. Hair dryer was not fully functional, it was damaged. Towels were in extremely poor condition. No toiletries offered. I am sorry but there is a huge competition out there when it comes to apartment renting and this was just not worth any money. I am used to different standards and effort from the owners side.

Amazing place in a great location!
I loved everything about this place! Super modern, quiet and clean. Also, the place was not hot at all despite high temperature outside. Spacious and lovely terrace to have a relaxing time. Right next to the shopping center. The owner was very responsive, sweet and understanding.
There was no coffee :( thankfully, there was Żabka next door.

Very comfortable studio apartment. I loved the big balcony with morning sun. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. Great location and good value for money
Everything was a bit dated, from the kitchen to the bedding. The curtains didn’t fully cover the windows, meaning blazing sun in your face in the morning. Kitchen could have been a bit better outfitted.

Spacious apartment in a nice, new building. Great location, very close to city centre and bus/tram stop. The key was delivered to me upon arrival, which was very nice.
WIFI was completely not working, the kitchen is equipped very poorly. Things like kettle, hairdryer or vacuum cleaner were either broken or of a poor quality. Inconvenient for a longer stay. The apartment is a couple years old, it could use small renovation and a solid cleaning. I had to request specifically for toilet paper and dishwasher detergents - never received enough.

You have to pick up the keys from one location and then walk far away to your apartment. It was the first and last time I’ve booked this place.
Apart from that, here you cannot book a room for anyone else and pay for your guest. No, they will only accept the guest’s credit card and it’s nowhere written so.

Great location, fair price, clean and spacious
Very good location. Apartment was clean. All is new there.
There were towels, shampoos, tea and coffee sachetts.
I highly recommand apartment at Tkacka 69.
Pillows in Tkacka 69 apartment must be changed. This was the only true bad thing about the apartment. They are simply not comfy - just completely used out.
Lamps along the windows are making loud buzzing noise. Tv cannot be watched comfortably neither from bed nor from the sofa (however i don't have an idea how to improve this). Drainage in the shower needs to be cleaned (pushed). Water sometimes accumulated when showering for longer. Door knobes need to be looked into as the screws are loose already.
I would also suggest to consider hanging a locker box with the keys at the appartment's gate so there is no need to collect the keys from a different location. Another suggestion is to provide a small stereo set with bluetooth connection (imo this would be a great addition since I hardly watch tv).

Very poor
I have mixed memories after using service of this hotel company in Szczecin. Before my business trip, I paid for the apartment at least three days in advance, and I chose this apartment on the Booking map as it was 6 minutes from the train station, since I had a night arrival after 10:00 p.m.
All the adventures started the day I was traveling by train to Szczecin. First, I was told that before check in to the apartment that I chose, I had to to pick up the keys in the box about 3 km from the train station where their another apartments is situated as well as reception. My requests to bring the key to the apartment, because I am tired and do not know the city at night, were rejected. The only thing I was offered was to stay in this apartment without extra charges 3 km from the train station, where I had to pick up the keys and where the reception was located. Therefore, my review will be about another object of this hotel company JTB.
The impression of these apartments under the name JTB Nautica Aparthotel at the address Raginisa Street (reception is situated here) was depressing. There were dirty walls, non-working heating in one of the rooms, broken cups, sockets sealed with insulating tape, a blown surface on the floor, rust on the faucet, no wardrobe at all, there was not any sign with the password for the Internet, so I could not use Wi-Fi all my stay long. All this made a negative impression on me.
Also, the apartment is on the ground floor, next to the house parking, so it was noisy.
I also paid a PLN 300 deposit, which was quickly returned, but this is a fact.
The only positive thing is that hotel managers are quick to respond to messages. In addition, they send instructions on how to find a hotel.
In general, unfortunately, my impression of the apartments and cooperation with this hotel company is not very good.

I’m working remote and for me important good internet connection. In this apparent worst internet, and even my own mobile connection worked bad:( Kettle was broken and linens were dirty.
I did disappoint that office position was in another part of town and I’m exhausted after 40 hours in bus must go to the office to take key and after go to the apartment.

I NEED TO WARN YOU GUYS!!!! you need to pick-up the key in the opposite side of szczecin. If you don't have a car and your with luggage, it's very hustle. There is no kitchen tissue or any dust towel to wipe or clean the kitchen after using it. TV is not working.

Wifi didn't work at all during our stay, even not when the host said it should. No opener for normal beer bottles. Only two tabs for the dish washing machine for a four night stay and not enough kitchen equipment for washing dishes manually, i.e. no towel to dry them and not enough place to let them dry alone.

no private parking,but lot of public parking spaces which is free over the weekend. checkout time is 11 and if moved to 12pm would be great.

The keys to the apartment are not in the same place where your apartment is, you'll need te get there first.
1. Hair Dryer was not working.
2. The TV is not Smart, you can watch only Poland channel In awful quality.
3. The door to the bathroom is not closing. It was really strange.

Horrible experience and disappointment
Horrible experience. As soon as i checked in, the wifi was not working and therefore i was not able to work. I asked the property how to make it work and they told me that „there is a plug somewhere in the apartment“. I searched for the plug and there was no plug to find. After i told them that there is no plug, they stopped communicating with me. Two hours after my check in, i decided to leave the apartment and also the keys cause i needed to work and the property wouldn’t help me.
I was trying to call the property to sort my problem out, and the wouldn’t pick up the phone. I asked them to call me instead, and they never did.
After many hours they told me that the manager of the property would call me, but he never did.
I asked the property to give me a refund because of the non existent wifi connection and the fact that i left after 2 hours, leaving the property free, and they didn’t refund me nothing.
Also the location of the apartment is not close to the center as i originally thought. On the listing, the actual address is not listed, but rather a misleading route to the apartment. At least 30 minutes walking distance from the center.
For the handover of the keys prior to check in, you need to walk to the opposite direction of the city, far away from the apartment.
Also i want to point out the very poor customer service of Booking.com. They didn’t care about solving my problem. They told me that if the property doesn’t want to give you refund, Booking.com can’t do nothing about it and they can’t refund me the money either. Non existent protection towards the customer.

- supermarket downstairs
- cute apartment
- decent walk distance to train station
- you have to go and get the key from somewhere pretty far from the accommodation itself (4,5km between the two locations)
- dirty bed sheets and with hair everywhere (human and animal - you can notice cuz it is half white, half black)
- dirty floor
- hair on the towels
- stains on the curtains
- very poor internet connection
- no reaction to my complaint that i made before the first night (of 3 that i stayed there): that the internet doesn’t really work and the bed is full of hair
- noisy neighbors after midnight & in general you can hear all your neighbors do
