Był ekspres do kawy kolbowy, ale brak samej kawy do jej zaparzania, przydałoby się odrobinę takiej kawy mielonej w słoiczku do zaparzenia; często w apartamentach są przygotowane dla gości kawa, herbata w pojemnikach w ilości gościnnej, celem poczęstowania gości.

Nice design, we loved the Espresso machine, very central, quiet.

Check in was not easy to understand, but host helped immediately. Mattress was a bit soft but somebody else might like it this way.

I booked this apartment several weeks in advance through Booking.com. I am a long-time Genius member and travel frequently. I have stayed in many accommodations over the years, including this apartment before, and this is the first time I have experienced something like this. When we arrived, we were shocked. The apartment had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. There was garbage everywhere, the toilet was extremely dirty, and the balcony looked as if it had not been cleaned for a very long time. The overall condition of the apartment was completely unacceptable. After contacting the host, we were offered another apartment for one night. While I appreciate that an alternative was provided, this did not eliminate the inconvenience we experienced. Imagine arriving in a foreign country after a long journey with two large suitcases and two carry-on suitcases. We carried all of our luggage to the apartment, only to discover that it was uninhabitable. We then had to carry everything back downstairs, move to another apartment nearby, carry everything upstairs again, and the following day repeat the entire process to return to the original apartment. No transportation was provided to help us move our luggage, despite the inconvenience being caused entirely by the property's mistake. Furthermore, no gesture of goodwill, compensation, or other form of apology was offered. The apartment was eventually cleaned before we moved back, but the experience had already caused unnecessary stress, physical effort, and wasted valuable vacation time. I believe guests should never have to go through such an experience, especially when a reservation has been made weeks in advance. I sincerely hope the management improves its cleaning procedures so that future guests do not face the same situation.
